Hi everyone! As much as I like to keep the attention on myself, I am going to give a shout out to black cats everywhere being that today is Black Cat Appreciation Day.

Two of my siblings are black cats. Trouble is my sister, I like to chase her, but I promise not to today, just today.

And Drake is my brother. He has cool white whiskers.

  1. I like black cats, too…almost had one years ago:)
    One of my former boyfriends family had a black cat, too…it must have been part oriental, because she was very suave and sleek…and meowed like our meezers. She was a crazy kitty…full of the dickens and silly…she would chase anything! That was way back in the early 80’s…long before I met my hubby.
    My cousin in Europe had a black kitty, too. She liked to drink out of the goldfish bowl!

    Bridge Angel siblings. All our cats, black kitties and others, plan to celebrate together too. Some of ours are at the Bridge too. I read Spooky’s story in Black CatsTell All, it was very well done! XO

  13. Black kitties are the very best. I love them too and they are usually the kitties I will pick. Black kitties are lucky.

    Trouble is happy that there will be no chasing her today.

  22. It isn’t easy to get a good photo of a black cat or dog. But these are just lovely.

    Mom wanted to name Misty Tallulah Belle, but Dad didn’t like it. But Mom still calls her that sometimes:)
