Hi everyone! We are up to the letter D in The A-Z Blogging Challenge. I am working on decluttering compact Discs and dvds. Please pardon the dust. I will dust eventually.

I was on a roll with the a, b, c before April then we had our colds and now my hubby is busy making birch beer soda and I am busy preparing for Easter so some of these thigs may not be declutttered until May. We don’t have a lot to declutter in this area. I usually go through mine at least once a year ( when I dust) and get rid of a few, but my hubby needs to do this. I think he will cooperate on dvds, but not the cds.

  1. Daisy Mae and I think Penny need to declutter her toys.
    We understand if she keeps Gremmie but the other toys may have to go sorry Penny.

    1. I am not allowed to declutter kitty toys. 🙂 The only stuff I get rid of is safety issues like ones with bells. XO

  2. Gremmie will keep watch over me while I recharge my batteries…since I am holding him down he can’t make mischief!

    We have a lot of those things to clean up or get rid of too. And the DVDs and CDs that we want to keep, we should get them archived, because they won’t last forever, and it would be a shame to not have the ones we really like.

  4. My husband and I still have hundreds of CDs from when we worked in the music business and got them for free! We culled out several hundred a few years ago and we need to do it again!

      1. It was awesome! I sent stuff from the label where I worked to business associates at other labels when they wanted something we had, and they sent me stuff that I asked for. It was harmony in motion – BAHAHAHAAA!

    That already turned out clear, Ellen😸Granny did the same yesterday, she took all the cd’s to the background of the stair cupboard, that happens to be her food pantry, so she was sure she won’t bump her head again, when she needs some food😸

  12. Birch beer. I haven’t had the pleasure of tasting that since I was about 11.

    1. MY hubby makes birch beer soda every year. If you lived near us, I would give you some. 🙂 XO

  13. I ripped all my CD collection to my NAS storage but still can’t bring myself to get rid of the CD’s so they are all still packed on the shelves heheh! 🙂

  14. I cleaned out our CD collection a while back but probably need to do it again. I forgot we had most of them.

  15. I don’t think we have many of theses left. We’ve decluttered all over our home and what a difference it has made. Keep up the good work. It’s worth it.

  18. Good luck getting through the CD’s and DVD’s. I’m trying hard to let go of my collection as well and just realized I have a large box of vinyl in the garage that I need to ditch as well. Used to have a turntable but haven’t for many years. Just read that vinyl is becoming increasingly popular again. 😲

  24. I am trying to declutter but then here comes more snow and prevents me from getting into our garage and the shed.. Love that sweet photo share. Have a beautiful Wednesday!

  25. My curio cabinet and the two little cupboard with my Precious Moments and other things needs a good Spring Cleaning. We have lots of decluttering for the Spring and Summer if Winter ever leaves!

  27. If you still listen to or watch the CD or DVD, it’s not a bad idea to keep it. Otherwise, it might just be in the way.

    1. I won’t even attempt records. They are all stored, but I know hubby won’t part with them. I love this photo too. XO
