Hi everyone! We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.

Brody is thankful for a comfy chair. He is also thankful he doesn’t have to pose with the bunny ears again until next year.

We are also joining Angel Sammy’s Poetry Day.  And here is the photo prompt provided:

(Man)Seriously, I paid to see this crap?

I’d rather be home taking a nap.
(Lady)He clearly doesn’t understand art
so, he will never win my heart.
And we are up to the letter E in The A-Z Blogging Challenge. 
E is for electronics. Luckily, I have no clutter in that area. Whenever I have an old printer, I recycle at Staples and any old computers were resold for parts or given away. I did declutter my email. I like to keep my inbox down to 2o items- emails I need to write back to and ones I am saving to read.  Does anyone ever get theirs down to zero?

  1. I actually have gotten my email down to 0 a few times but usually I feel I’m doing pretty good if I get them down to 2 emails each day. Yep I average getting my emails down to 2 a day usually.
    Brody love that comfy chair of yours and agree with you about the Bunny ears MOL.

Perfect poem for the photo – I’m quite sure that’s exactly what that woman is thinking – and if I were her, I’d have a seat on that bench because that guy will take another 3 hours of squinting and blinking at that canvas and STILL have no clue! I’m sure Brody and the other cats are happy Easter Bunny Ears are away for the season…………

  6. Whoa – what good news not to have electronic stuff to ditche. How about old E-ggs or emory boards, haha. Hard to think of things to get rid of with “E” and NEVER a good friend like you.

  8. Precious wants to send Brody a few whisker tickles. I don’t have that much going on in my life that I need to have anything in my old email. It gets deleted pretty regular. I like your poem because personally I feel the same way as the guy does about that kind of art. Give me art that actually looks like a tree or a bird or a flower or better yet a cat.

  10. Oh, Brody you look so sweet and comfy … you can tell your Mom that we have “OCD” with our email boxes (two of them) … and they go down to near-zero at least once a week. Of course, that does mean sometimes a few go into the trash bin that maybe don’t belong there (oh dear) but such is life … she has lots of folders on the side to SAVE the ones that have to be saved …

  12. I never thought about, but we don’t have any electronics clutter. Maybe it’s just that I don’t deal with it.
    Brody has the right idea. I’m thankful for a comfy couch… happy at one end. You wore the ears well Brody!

  14. We have 3 email accounts. I get two of them below 5 or 10 daily. The other usually stays around 100 because my hubby uses it and takes his time reading it. Surprisingly, my hubby has a good eye for art and appreciates it.

  16. Getting to zero is a challenging but it’s my daily goal. Some days I do better than others at it. It’s always challenging when you have a blog email and a personal email. I usually have more than 200 a day. Sigh.

    Nice job on the poetry. Well done!

  21. An art museum would certainly be a great place for a date, see if you have the same taste and understanding of such things.

    Brody, you sure are handsome, and i for one appreciate when you wear the ears.

    If i wanted to get emails down to zero, i’d have to start a new email address and not give it to anyone!

  26. I have so many spam emails I can’t keep up with them, seriously considering getting a new email address as I seem to miss so many important emails with my dread of looking at my inbox these days

  27. My husband seems to be hoarding old electronics and I have yet to get him to get rid of them. Something to work on!

    Definitely need to do some cleaning and decluttering of both my physical and digital domains.
