Hi everyone! I am having a great Birthday/Gotcha Day week!

DSCF1872  This one pound bag of Party Mix arrived in the mail. Mom doesn’t remember winning it so if any of you had a giveaway that we won, please remind us ( she is getting old and forgetful). Brody is always stepping on the laptop, maybe he ordered them. If he did, I may have to start liking him.

I got to see my Grammie, but my Mom told her to hold off on the treats until we get through this bag- she is such a party poop. I love my Grammie so very, very much.

My friend LouLou wrote me a little ditty:

  12. I’m so happy to hear that your birthday and Gotcha Day celebrations are still going great, Phoebe! That mystery bag of treats sure sounds like a great surprise to receive in the mail. I’d like to say that it would take us a long time to go through that, but with Evan and Toby’s infatuation with Party Mix treats, in addition to the outdoor neighbor cat’s addiction to them, we could probably go through that bag in not much longer than a week. I love the songs and poems that your furiends and purrince wrote for you, Phoebe – what talented writers they all are!

    (P.S. Can we just assume the treats were from Brody? I think he wants to be your best furiend, Phoebe…)

  26. Phoebe it was so nice that we could share birthday nip with each other. You and your family are so nice and do a lot for others. Love your poems too.
    For my birthday I got one of those wonderful hand made nip toys from your Mom and Dad really loved the bag he got. Thanks for supporting the Winnie’s Wish Auction. When he opened the package he about fell over. The cats embroidered on the bag were amazing! The bag was amazing! My nip toys were amazing! What fun! Thanks to much Mom and family

    1. YUP! 16 ounces divided by 12 ( Sammy is on a special diet so he can’t have any). That means an ounce each plus 4 extra ounces for me 🙂

  43. That are some awesome poems. The only stuff I get for my birthday is a visit from the fire departement. They want to be certain that I set anything on fire with all those candles on my birthday cake.
