Hi everyone! Did you miss me? I haven’t been able to give a tip in a month. Now I won’t be getting bumped because of Chewy because they ended their influencer program so you will see a lot more of me.

You probably want to know why I have on this joker hat. It is because mom is an idiot I have the perfect April Fool’s Day joke for you to use on someone.

Take a penny and glue it to the sidewalk then have fun watching people try to pick it up. Just be careful not to get glue on your paws.

  2. I’m laughing because of Greg-in-Washington’s comment…I ALWAYS pick up pennies! Then again, I just turned 60 so I think I might be old! LOL!!

  7. That would be fun to see how many people tried to pick it up.
    When hubby was much younger he used to work on building sites. They would put a piece of wood in a matchbox and nail it to the ground. When they were having tea break they would sit and watch how many people tried to kick it out of the way. Ouch!

  8. We’re glad that you will be able to give us more Penny’s Tips but I’m sure you will miss getting those boxes from Chewy too! Love your idea for April Fools. Mom might just try that with my Dad so don’t tell him OK?

  10. Hello Penny! You were missed! Back today with an idea that made me laugh out loud!!!! Glad nothing is going to get between you and your tips. Kinda sad about the Chewy boxes but you not getting bumped off your tip day is a good thing… 🙂 The second picture of you and joker hat is pretty cute!

  14. Penny, I would try to pick up a penny, especially if it was shiny!
    The Hubby says I spend too much money, but then laughs at me when I pick up coins off the ground (or in the gutter, at the bottom of a puddle…).
    Harrumph, I say! He has no idea how much I buy at thrift stores, instead of paying full price for things. He’s such a guy, knowwhatImean?

  16. We think that with so many people not carrying cash any more that this could be quite the novelty. Our mom says she finds lost coins most often in the grocery store parking lot. Thankfully no one’s followed your tip, Penny!

  24. That would be a great trick to play on Mom because she always picks up whatever coins she spots on the ground. Maybe we can get Dad to do it for us:)

  31. Penny, i like that tip, and i hope you do get to give more tips in the future. That’s very sad, though, that Chewy ended their program. It certainly influenced me to start using them for our cats’ prescription food.

  32. We have a similar jester hat but never thought about using it for April 1. We would stop and pick up the penny, sad to say.

  33. That is a good one, Penny. We have a sidewalk in front of our house. Maybe I’ll stick a penny on it as you suggest. We get lots of doggies walking the sidewalk, so maybe I should rub the penny first in some kitty food, which will make any dog salivate and want to go after the coin. Tee hee hee.
