Penny’s Tips Volume 68

Hi everyone! Check this out…

This is an entire pan of catnip. Mom dried it last year and now I helped her remove the stems.

My tip today is religious so I apologize for anyone not Christian. With all the bad things happening right now, I think we need a little help from above.

Here is a link to a blog post about using a penny to teach the gospel. Click here

We are joining Comedy Plus’ Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

I will be here again tomorrow for the  Purrsuit of Flavors Blog Hop.

  1. Pipo would be stoned – out cold – with all that nip!! MOL!

That is something I never heard of before about the Penny and The Gospel.
We all need to pray hard for peace to return…and peace within our hearts to deliver/spread love and not hate and violence.

  2. WOW! That’s a real catnip utopia if ever there was one! Thanks for the link too….we think that’s a very important “penny lesson” for sure.

    Hugs, Teddy

  3. Darling Penny…no apology needed. You are as entitled to your thought as are others. XXX

  4. I enjoyed your link… thank you! That is a lot of catnip and Penny you look like you can’t believe your luck!

  5. That looks like a pawsome bunch of catnip Penny!!!!
Bet it smells great too 😉 We are surprised you are not rolling in it!
We do not have pennies in Canada, so it was neat to read your penny gospel.

  9. Thanks for sharing Penny. That is a lot of catnip. You’re such a good helper:)

  10. We dry catnip too! We hadn’t heard of the Penny gospel before, but we did learn recently that leaving a penny at a fallen soldier’s grave stone means that someone visited. Also, we heard that putting pennies in a baggie with some water repels flies (we haven’t tried it).

    1. We haven’t heard about the soldier, but Penny posted the fly tip last summer 🙂

  11. You’re in catnip heaven. Your mom is most thoughtful.

Yes we do need some help from above. Well said.

Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

I am a prayerful person so I will always continue to pray. I Normally won’t address headline news but violence is a whole other matter. It is difficult for me, because I have such a well rounded group of friends. I feel sorry for anyone who feels so privileged they are guilty about it. I often wonder how do you live or where do you live that you never met someone different from yourself. I think about it often in these very troubling times. Thank you for your kind words. I know God loves everyone so I like to lean on His understanding, not mine or the worlds.
I hope your days are blessed with many good things . HUGS

  26. Charlee: “Our friend Spicoli said to tell you nice stash, Penny.”
Chaplin: “I’m not sure what Spicoli is talking about. You’re the one with the mustache, Charlee.”
Charlee: “I know. That Spicoli, he sure is weird.”
