Penny’s Tips Volume 132

Hi everyone. I figured I would write today instead of blabber mouth Rosie.

Mom finally got a decent photo of me without giving me laser eyes.

I stole my tips from Mom today. She made cubes for Dad and Grammie to help them to stop procrastinating.

They were not very pleased with them. I think it is a great tool to help them though. Mom wrote something they need to do on 5 sides and one fun thing on one side. Every day or week they are supposed to roll it and do what it says. As you can see, Grammie needs to do her taxes and Dad needs to get the generator fixed.

Mom’s work leaves a lot to be desired so I found some online free printable templates so you can make your own if you need a little push to get things done. I found them on printable.com, click here.

One more thing, that Great One is so sweet. She came up with a rule that to pet me one must put a penny or a coin in my box.

I am going to be rich.

  1. Good tip Penny and that is a really beautiful photo of you! Let’s see if using the reader to comment works again. XO

    1. OK, just did a test comment from the actual blog, not the reader, and it did NOT work. WordPress needs to fix this. I don’t have time to report it to them.

      1. I wish I knew how to fix it on my blog, but it does seem to be a problem on many blogs. XO

  2. Penny, of you could see this huge grin mm g=has on and all because of you…what you said …you’d be glad.

    1. Thank you. 🙂 Sometimes I get other coins too. Sammy used to charge mom a toll to go upstairs. XO

  3. Oh boy! I bet you make a fortune by charging to give you a pet – who could resist spending money to do that? Nobody that’s who! Sorry the cubes didn’t do the job of inspiring Grammie and Dad to get their projects done. At least you tried!

    Hugs, Teddy

  4. Penny, the box idea is really good!!
I also like that you charge for pats.
Pretty soon you will have enough to buy a big bag of treats!

  5. That’s a great photo of you, Penny! I have a difficult time commenting on certain blogs and it’s frustrating. “They” need to fix it!

  6. Blabber mouth Rosie. You made me laugh out loud.

Love that idea. Now if you just do what’s on the list.

    1. Thank you. 🙂 Mom edits my work, but I didn’t get into trouble- she is a blabber mouth so I told the truth. 🙂 I like your idea for a cube. XO

  10. Thank you for the tip, Penny! People mostly don’t like being told what to do, i find, especially if it’s stuff they just don’t want to deal with.

You’d certainly get rich if my Sweetie came to visit, he’d be petting you so much we’d probably just have to drop several dollar bills in your box.

  11. What a great Mom you have, Penny! She is organizing everyone and in a fun way. It’s better than just telling people what to do because then they really won’t want to.
You’ve already told us what you think about getting pennies, so perhaps a quarter for your thoughts would be even better. In Canada, we don’t have pennies anymore. They stopped making them.

    1. Mom thanks you. I think I have some Canadian pennies in my penny stash. Maybe they will be worth more than a penny. 🙂 XO

  12. Lovely photo Penny. I like your Mom’s idea with the cube! I bet you get lots of money.
