Ellen, thank you for your warm words for Mr. M. While we’re all relieved that he is no longer dealing with the discomfort and misery of his aliments and have been expecting this since November, it was still a wrenching shock to realize ‘the end’ had arrived.
My condolences, Jeanne. It was terribly hard for me to lose Coolidge after 17 years, but getting Effie, a zippy one-year-old, that evening, was healing and wonderful, and I’ve never regretted it.
It is hard to lose a beloved pet. XO
Mr. M was a special boy, he will be missed by all who knew him. XO
