  3. Even though the city firework show is postponed until tomorrow, people are lighting illegal ones outside. So lots of boomies going on. Thank goodness Ava does not care. we just feel bad for all the animals and people who are traumatized by them.

  4. It’s been pretty quiet in our area, we can hear boomers in the far distance, but the noise level here was much less that in previous years.

    Joanie looks very patriotic, as does Gremmie. The other day I was walking through the electronics dept where I shop, and they had a couple of big Gremmies sitting on the shelves… I was tempted!!

  9. Joanie and Gremmie are celebrating the best way… dressed up and festive! No fireworks. It was very quiet here this year. I think it was too hot. Heat index was 117 at one time yesterday.

  12. We heard fire works all night in our area. Some people are not very considerate of others. Joanie and Gremmie look adorable. We hope you had a nice Fourth of July.
