Thankful Thursday

Hi everyone. We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.

I am thankful for Rosie. She keeps us laughing with her odd poses and places to snooze.

We are joining the poetry day named after Teddy’s angel brother Sammy ‘s Poetry Day. Here is the photo prompt provided:

Are my eyes deceiving me?

This  is such a rare sight to see.
A young man fishing all alone,
without the company of a cell phone.
Here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow. I came up with the first two and my co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.

  1. Rosie looks well tucked in for sure! Nice poetry and now that you mention it, going to any place that was at all remote without a cell phone would be a bit unusual these days.

  2. LOVE the poem and ain’t it the truth??!!
Rosie, seeing you u there on your side and your lasers on…made mom smile big, She has never seen mine.

    1. Thank you. 🙂 Sadly, it is true. I don’t know what people possibly have to discuss constantly. XO

  3. Rosie you might want to consider opening a Kitty Yoga class. You are quite flexible.
Amen to the poem no cell phone. I saw a young man with a most handsome Golden Retriever early this morning. The man was on his cell the dog had decided to just take a nap fully reclined with his head on his paws

  4. I’m glad Rosie entertains you. It’s a good thing. Some kitties have wonderful personalities.

    Love the poem. Perfect.

I’m all ready for the Friendly Fill-ins.

Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday, Ellen. Scritches to all the kitties. ♥

  5. Charlee: “Ooh, electronics! Great choice, Rosie! Electronics are warm! That’s why I climb all the way up on top of the fireplace to sleep on the receiver.”
Lulu: “I thought you went up there because ‘highest cat wins’.”
Charlee: “Well, yes, that too, of course …”
