Hi everyone. We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.  Penny is thankful that Grammie gave her a bag of Temptations just for her, no sharing required. Penny is always very sweet to Grammie and she is good with The Great One too.

 

We are joining  poetry day named after Teddy’s angel brother Sammy ‘s Poetry Day. Here is the photo prompt provided:

These boots weren’t made for walking.
If I wore them, I’d be balking.

Whoever designed them wasn’t very clever

you won’t see me in these ever.

  5. I get my own bag of treats too – well, I am the only cat here, so that would make sense! My human actually loves those shoes.

    Your poem is making my feet hurt right now…LOL!
    (I don’t even think I could ft into such narrow shoes, I mostly wear European made/sized shoes with ‘footbed’ insoles…or similar sandals….no heels ever, else I would be in a wheelchair…from too many falls.)

  7. HAHAHAHA………great poem! My Mom said the same thing – she saw these and said “OUCH!!”……I’m told there was a button hook that handled all those buttons but who cares – they still look like medieval torture devices!

  8. I didn’t know Penny was good with The Great One! I am glad she enjoys The Great One’s visits, too. Grammie is a sweetheart to give Penny all her very own Temptations. It’s nice to see you Penny!

    1. Yes, she is. She can’t dress her up like she does Joanie, but she can pet her. Grammie is sweet. XO

  24. I think those shoes look rather comfortable. They look antique/vintage, too, which is cool. 🙂 It’s hard to believe I used to dance for hours in three inch stiletto heels. Oh, to be young again. Heh…

  25. Those shoes look cool, but I wouldn’t wear them either. I doubt they are very comfortable and these days comfort is my #1 priority! 🙂
