Hi everyone!  We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop Joanie and Sammy are thankful for all the birthday wishes yesterday. Joanie is thankful that The Nanny watched Gremmie and Alf for her all day. Sammy is thankful he aced his first test of the new school year at Cat Scouts University.

 

We are also joining  Sammy’s Poetry Day. Here is my poem to go with this photo prompt provided by Teddy’s mom:

 

A moment on the lips

a lifetime on the hips. 

I don’t really care
and I have no plans to share.

  1. Shhh…don’t tell The Hubby, but there is a chocolatier in town that makes the most wonderful delights! Sometimes, while I’m out and about, I’ll stop and find a little sweet (usually peanut butter and chocolate!), and enjoy a few minutes of bliss.

  4. That poem, is funny, and also true, but yes, temptation always seems to win that battle…ask me how I know, MOL!

    I had no idea there was a Nanny Doll! How cool is that! I loved watching her shows, but lately I don’t seem to watch much TV at all…and concats to Sammy for his good test at Cat Scouts.
