Hi everyone! Christmas and Hanukkah will be here before you know it so for the next few weeks I am going to be giving you penny saving tips to help stretch your dollars(and pennies).

You’ll need to make a list of who you need to get gifts for -don’t forget your kitties. Then you can start brainstorming ideas of what to get everyone. I highly recommend ( and no one is paying me to suggest this) BlackFriday.com. You can sign up right now and every day they will send you an email with the latest adds for Black Friday. That way you will already know what will be on sale and you can make a plan for shopping. Or you can just go to their website and see the ads they already have listed.

  4. Penny you have the BEST ideas EVER! It is time to start thinking about Christmas because it will be here before we know it. That means (I hope my Mom is listening!) it’s time to start thinking about DECORATING too……and baking…..and of course making sure THE CAT (me) has plenty of presents under the tree – it’s NEVER too early to start shopping!

  10. I will have to check out those websites. I did an advent calendar for my wife last year and bought her a present for each day (I think it is 24). Now she expects that every year.

  12. We will look into these ideas, Penny. We recently learned that our mom will no longer get a Christmas bonus anymore and has to stretch her dollars further this year.

  34. You be so purretty Penny. Mommy just finda an old toy we haven’t played with in a while and wraps it up. Unfurtunately, money’s always tight, but ‘specially this year what with all the purroblems we’ve had and rent increases. Fankfully, we’re blest to have a roof over our heads, and Raena and me have the bestest food a kitty could ask fur. Big hugs

  35. My kitties do have a spot on the Christmas list every year. I try to pick up a new cat tree for them every Black Friday so they have new things to explore.
