Penny’s Tips Volume 10

Hi everyone! Here I am two weeks in a row, thank you all for telling mom to give me more posting time.

Notice my tie, do I look like a stock broker? I just found out there are stocks named after me. Penny stocks were stocks valued under $1, but that definition has changed to stocks valued at under $5 per share. They are high risk, but you can make a lot of money.

I am a little insulted because I am worth lots more than $5. I may take a chance with these pennies though and try to turn them into dollars. Anyone else want to take a risk?

Before I go, Mom told me to tell you all about our interview on Supawcute, the new blog by our friend Johnny of PetsOverload. To read it, click here.

  1. Holding on to your pennies is probably a better bet than taking a chance on penny stocks. With a few more pennies, you’ll be able to get a can of yummy food or some treats!

  2. My human (who “plays around” in the stock market sometimes) says that she is not so sure about those penny stocks!

  3. Our uncle did the penny stocks thing when he was in highschool…and they actually did make some $$ And um…he is in finance…well he was until he retired, MOL!

I do not have any pennies, nor does Dalton, but maybe we can look in petcretary’s wallet?!

  4. Penny you look very stock-broker-ish indeed…..love that tie! As for the stocks – no thanks….a little too risky for me. We loved your Mom’s interview with Pets Overload!

    Love, Teddy

    1. Thank you and mom thanks you for reading the interview. XO and love to you both.

  5. Hi Penny, you look mighty good in that tie. We don’t know anything about $5.00 stocks. You all have a wonderful day.

  6. I wouldn’t mind taking a tiny risk with a few pennies… 🙂 The tie looks very business like on you. I will click on the link for sure after I eat my bran. Enjoy your Tuesday!

      1. Gremmie sure gets around! Made it to the interview. I enjoyed your answers to the questions. So true about friendships with people who don’t love animals… I just know there is a special compassion with people that love and respect their pets.

        1. Thank you for taking the time to read our interview. I agree about compassion in those that love animals. XO

  7. I’m in awe of your creativity! And that’s a fascinating fact about your brother-in-law shared on my Monday post. I’m sorry you lost him. ~hugs~ Be well!

  8. Research the company well first. There are a few penny stocks we are thinking about because if we buy them and they don’t grow, we won’t lost much.

  9. I’ve never played in the stock market. Not schooled enough to do so. I just keep my pennies in my bank account. Not much good it does me, but I have my pennies.

Have a purrfect day. My best to your mom. ♥

  10. $5? That’s bogus. You’re worth more money than we could ever count, Penny! And we read your fantastic interview. Supawcute will surely be a wonderful blog to follow. Purrs!

  14. Hi Penny, you are copper colored, aren’t you? I’ve never thought about penny stocks, didn’t they make a movie about that? You are quite dapper in the tie and congrats on the interview.

  15. Oh, Penny, you’re worth far more than a penny…but I suppose you know that. 🙂 I love your tie.

  17. We don’t know anything about stocks Penny, but we liked your mom’s interview. I can relate to the part of defying the crazy cat lady stereotype. Plus it was the Big Man Cat who adopted all the cats!
