Hi everyone- I gained some new readers over the weekend so I welcome you all. I hope everyone had a nice weekend. Hubby and I planted some of our garden and I played with the metal detector. FYI- don’t wear shoes with metal buckles when metal detecting- I did a lot of digging for nothing.
Monday is fun and games day and one of the simplest toys you can make is to crumple a paper and throw it. 2 of our cats stand on alert when they hear me crumple ( Stinky and Snowball). Snowball is a bit of a hoarder and always has a big stash of them under furniture. I always run the broom under everything before I vacuum and I feel guilty when I throw away her stash. I have discovered a way to improve upon crumpled paper- add some catnip before crumpling.
If you haven’t signed up for the seasonal newletter, please do. It will be delivered to your email 4 times a year, the first one is June 21st. I love to give stuff away and I will be giving away a copy of Chicken Soup for the Soul: I Can’t Believe My Cat Did That as well as a toy for your kitty. All you have to do to enter is sign up for the newsletter and if you are already signed up then you are all set.
One more thing…last week on product day, I recommended a cat fan. I noticed in the Rite Aid flyer they are on sale for $29.99 – what a great way to keep you and your kitty cool. Have a great day and thanks for reading- please share this on Facebook or your favorite social site.
I wanted metal detector so badly when I was little! haha!
