Hi everyone! We are joining Athena’s Caturday Art Blog Hop and Rascal and Rocco’s Pet Parade.

  For my art, I am reusing this art I made of Lucy in 2015. She posed with a photo of my Dad in the Air Force and his memorial flag.

Thank you all for the purrs and prayers for Emmy. She is eating again. I hope she stays healthy, but I know the antibiotic shot has an anti inflammatory effect that helped Phoebe eat when she first had one so I am cautiously optimistic. I do think the addition of Trouble stressed her which could have led to a UTI.

  7. I’m relieved to know Emmy is eating.
    Mr. M suffered with UTI’s when he initially became a house cat, but then I got Natural Pet Pharmaceuticals by King Bio Urinary Tract Irritations Control for Cats and started putting a cap full in his water fountain… and the UTIs ceased. In fact, the only time he had an issue with one was when we went on vacation and forgot to tell the pet sitter to add the meds to his water.

  14. Well kept, loved cats seem, in my experience, to weather changes pretty well. Effie has to deal with Paladin’s snarfing down her food, being more vocal and louder than she is, etc., but the stress hasn’t produced a UTI or any other compromise in her good health.

  19. That is very good news about Emmy eating! I hope she continues to do well. Adding a new cat can be stressful but I hope all that settles down soon.
