Caturday Saturday

We are joining Athena’s Caturday Art Blog Hop.  I used Lunapic’s Wallpaper effect for my art. The puzzle is below- it is pretty hard.

We are also joining The Pet Photo Fails Blog hop hosted by Melissa and Mudpie.

Rosie was more interested in the catnip carrot than posing for a photo.

And last, but not least, only 2 days left for The A-Z Blogging Challenge. Y is for yo-yo’s ( and toys/games). I like most of my toys and have no plans to declutter my potato heads. I do think I will donate the Hungry, Hungry Hippos game because the hippos keep getting stuck and I end up finding marbles for days after The Great One and Typhoid Mary visit. Do you have any toys or games to declutter?

  1. Toys and games??
You betcha…but they all stay…some have been a part of my life since I was seven! Our sons enjoyed them, and we hope maybe some grandchildren might, too.Otherwise our sons can play with them if they have to declutter for us, LOL!!

Interesting way that art effect transformed your picture. I will attempt the puzzle…

    1. I agree you should keep them. I am all for keeping things that give us joy. Finding marbles for days doesn’t give me joy though. 🙂 XO

  2. Well, mama gets stuck on K…kitchen toys, haha. Finally gave away several carrot peelers. The only one that is primo is from Ikea, costs nothing and can peel the skin off a pineapple, haha. Not really but pretty close…

  3. That is good art. I thought the cat blended in, then realised there was a second cat on the right! I looked back at yesterday’s post and saw it was Angels Emmy and Drake.

  4. WOW! That effect really is tough when it comes to puzzling! We only have three or four games – and they’re all “classics” that we still play once in a while but I’m thinking you probably have a LOT of them since you have “the girls” !!!!

    Hugs, Pam

  5. I agree about that art making the puzzle a challenge. It will be fun this afternoon when it is raining. I hope it will be raining! We have three games in the closet and haven’t played them since we moved here but I am hanging on to them!

  6. Oh my gosh! Someone, you!! have a Hungry Hippo game! That was one of the most fun ones we have had. Even mom liked playing it with the kids.

    1. Kuddos to your mum! I have a lot of undies I should get rid of, but they are comfy. 🙂 XO

  8. That art is really cool, and we bet that puzzle will be super difficult! And Rosie, we don’t blame you — carrots are more fun that posing, right? Hugs!

  9. That’s some cool artwork. Of course, Rosie wanted the catnip not the posing. She’s a girl who knows what she likes.

No yo-yos or toys or games here, the kids are all grown up.

    1. Thank you. 🙂 I would have toys here even if I didn’t have kids visit often. XO

  10. That’s some great artwork, but the puzzle was really hard😸We only declutter toys when they’re broken, and as we only break Granny’s things, we keep our stuff intact…MOL…More Pawkisses🐾😽💞

    1. Sorry the puzzle was so hard. Sounds like Rusty and Rudy- they break mom;s things. XO
