I'm a happily married 44 year old woman. My hubby ( David) and I have been married for 21 years (October 24, 1992). We started out with one cat and now have 15. 15 is my magic number ( David may like a slightly smaller one), but when any pass away, I don't replace the one that is lost, but I do rescue another. When we got married we were like most people and wanted a family. At some point we both decided that we love our fur family. Some people are made to be parents of 2-legged children and we are made to be parents of those with 4 legs ( although we did have one with 3 legs once-RIP Brina). It has taken me years to realize that this is my calling. I want to help all cats any way I can. If I can write about something that happened to one of my cats and help another in the process then I will be happy.
