Happy Saturday everyone! Today is our hop day so we will start with The Lazy Pit Bull’s #52 Snapshots of Life ( http://www.thelazypitbull.com/2015/01/52-snapshots-new/ ) .The theme this week is purple so here is Lucy in her Queen Esther costume for the Jewish holiday of Purim which begins Wednesday evening. 006

Next is Athena’s Caturday Art Hop: nycHubby and I are planning to go to NYC sometime next month to visit the new Cat Cafe and to meet with a fellow blogger. I will only be away about 36 hours and they won’t be alone, but I am sure I will be thinking of my kitties the whole time. I made this with photfunia, it is my favorite editing program because it does all the work.

  11. Oh you’ll have such fun in NYC no doubt about it but you’re right you will be missing those babies of yours. WE loved the purple theme and Phoebe you are definitely “the star” on that billboard.

  16. Our humans always look forward to Purim – they hang out with our Kollel rabbis and party for hours! We keep telling our non-Jewish friends it’s kinda like Mardi Gras, only we don’t hafta get ashes on our foreheads the next day. MOL!!

    We loooove your Queen Esther costume! Maxie sez he’s gonna go as the Wolfman, since his lower fangs keep hanging up on his upper lips, MOL!

    1. You rabbis sound like fun! We have never celebrated Purim because we aren’t Jewish, but we have Jewish friends so we like to acknowledge the holidays. Poor Maxie 🙁 He still looks cute though.
