Who is Elmo?

Hi everyone! I have a question- who is Elmo? Every time my Mom comes home from babysitting “The Great One”, she keeps singing Elmo’s Got the Moves. What kind of moves? Very confusing.

I haven’t seen Grammie again since Wednesday. I hope I see her soon, I love her so very much. I am enjoying my treats though, Mom gives me some every time she stuffs a pill down my throat and blows in my face- that is kind of rude, the blowing in my face part, not the treat part.dscf2530-2

Tomorrow is Meow Like a Pirate Day, we are all being difficult with the photo shoots except for suck up Brody.dscf2536-2

The question for P.S. Annie’s 19-Somethin challenge today is Did you like to roller skate? My Mom did like to roller skate and there was a small roller rink right down the street that was open on Saturday nights. She used to skate outside too. FYI she can’t ice skate though.

  5. Does your mommy blow in your face to make you swallow the medicine? I’m glad you get treats along with your medicine. I hope that you get to see your Grammie again very soon.

    Aww, that is an adorable pirate photo of Brody. He looks like he is a very confident pirate. 🙂

    Which did you like better, roller rink skating or skating outside? I did both, too, but I think that I preferred rink skating. I didn’t have to deal with a grouchy neighbor that way. I’ve always wanted to ice skate, but there was no ice rink in my town when I was a kid. There is one now back home, but I’m too unstable now to attempt it. I bet it would have been fun, though.

    Roller skating is not one of the petcretary’s fortes…when she was seven, she fell badly while playing in those..and someone saw her fall and helped her get back into her aunt’s house…she got carried skates and all…and not ever did she skate again! But she did learn a bit of ice skating as a teenager…but those days are long long ago:)

  9. Gosh Phoebe……Brody DOES look like a great pirate and the rest of you should have played along – after all, it’s just one day a year when we have to endure the silly outfits for pirate day! I hope you get to see your Grammie soon – I know you love her and she makes sure you always have plenty of TREATS!

  16. Mama went to roller skating parties when she was young, which shows you how OLD she is!. The skates had four wheels! Imagine that! I have checked the email box below but I am not getting 15andmeowing, alas.
    I hope if I check it again it will come daily or whenever you kitties blog.\

  33. When Mom was young roller skating parties for birthdays were very popular. She liked to skate a lot. She knows she would never have been able to master roller blades like the kids use now. How are you feeling, Phoebe? Are the meds helping? Fiona says she wold rather give up treats and not be sick, but that they are a bit of a plus.     1. Good point, maybe Brody is good for something. I have only had the meds a few days, mom doesn’t see a difference, but Dad thinks my eyes are brighter.
      My Mom could never do roller blades, too much like ice skates. XO
