  1. Let’s hear it for black kitties everywhere. Mama had one named Stella, and she had magical powers. Mama was illustrating Millions of Cats and she was at her drawing table inking in a black kitty when little Stella appeared at the back door…abandoned and looking for a mama. And she found one.

    1. I am so glad Stella found your Mama. 2 of our black cats found us at our door and I adopted 2 other ones from people whose kids I was tutoring. XO

  2. I sure hope this project is a huge success. The black cats need all the help they can get. Black cats are just terrific. We have three here and they all have great personalities.

  3. As I left the house this morning, our big black cat Chucky purred and let me rub him…I told The Hubby that I was going to take Chuck with me wherever I go! Alas, Chuck had other ideas, but he’s a marvel!

  4. Mum can’t understand what black cats have done to get all this performance – we have had several all black or almost all black cats and they so loving and love to jump on a knee for a cuddle.

  5. I sure hope this project helps break down the prejudice against black kitties. Kitties of any colors are beautiful!

  7. Black cats rock! We have one visiting these days. She’s been in the house a few times but only once has the peep been able to touch her. Actually, the peep doesn’t even know if she is a she or a he yet. Purrs, Seville.
