Hi everyone! Today is our two-year blogoversary. I really can’t believe how quickly two years has gone by. When I started blogging, I didn’t have a clue about how to do it. I had gotten books out of the library and followed along. I had hoped to make money doing it (doesn’t everyone hope for that? ) ,but  I have made something better than money. I am thankful for all the friends I have made in the blogging world and through the blog. I would have never survived losing 3 of my precious cats in such a short time without all of your care and support. Thank you all for two great years and hopefully many, many more.

Today is also Dress up for Whitley Day hosted by Dory’s Backyard. Our friends at Lonestar Cats lost their sweet sister, Whitley. She was a doggie that loves to dress up. Joanie is representing us for this special day:

We have also been told by Toby that it is Lucky Penny Day! So here is our lucky Penny- I think we were the lucky ones to find her in our yard 4 years ago. She is dressed as a sailor because Fleet Week in NYC is this week:

  9. HAPPY BLOGAVERSARY! Two years is a long time – we know believe me. We never thought we’d make money from our blog – we just wanted to have fun doing it and we have. So many wonderful, caring people in the blogosphere doing pet blogs that’s for sure!!!! Hope you go on and on and on because it’s fun keeping up with the house full of kitties and hearing about good books not to mention your wonderful giveaways……thanks for keeping us entertained.

As fur da money pawrt, we had no idea peeps could make money from bloggin’ when we started. It wasn’t till about 9 months in we learned dat and wanted a piece of da pie.   59. Aw happy two years! That’s awesome 😀 It really is wonderful how many friendships you can make via blogging. I had the same with losing quite a few babies. The support from blogger/reader friends definitely helped me survive the losses.
