Happy Tuesday everyone! Look what I bought with my very own money. Every year Dad gives me $5 on Cinco de Mayo and Grammie is always slipping me dollars ( I love her so very much). I have been saving for quite a few years so Mom said I could get a new cat tree/pole. I do have to share, but I made sure I got first dibs.

  5. What a super tree!!! Use it in good health. When I was younger, I wanted a tree that reached the ceiling but we have 16-feet ceilings and the peeps said it wasn’t possible.

    1. This will go to a 9 foot ceiling, but ours are only about 7 feet. Don’t let the peeps fool you, they could get a custom made one for you.

  6. Phoebe, you saved up for it, so it’s YOUR cat tree! You share it when you feel like it. And paws up for saving the money and not blowing it on catnip like some kitties I know would do!

    And its fun to see how you were making use of it…solo style, MOL!!

    (Years ago we had a similar tree, but the way it was installed made it unsteady so the pawrents had to rehome it…..appawrently the top of it where it meets the ceiling was not wide enough to support it purrpurrly…..shucks. We have some pictures of us on it as kittens, but alas its gone now….maybe the newer ones have been remodeled to address that problem…and maybe we should have thought twice about using one with a paneled ceiling, MOL!!)

    1. The tree was $40 so it isn’t that sturdy, but it will be good for a while. Phoebe had one before that I called the leaning tower of Phoebe- MOL!

        1. I went in the closet and visited KaChoo and Lucy the other day. I have never done that, but Mom let me when I ran in she didn’t make me get out.

  21. That’s a great tree, Phoebe! I haven’t had a new cat tree in years – and I loved that you owned up to whacking one of your fursiblings! Keep what is yours. 🙂

    1. Toby, I hope you can get a new tree someday. This was very reasonably priced at Wal-Mart for $40 so I even have some money leftover to start saving for something else-maybe a water fountain.

  22. MeOw Phoebe dat’s pawsum!!! We had one of those. Mommy got it fur da cheap cuz of it bein’ returned and open box and missin’ instwuctions and all. Me luvved dat twee pole. Da top spot was meez favorite too. But it did jiggle a lot as me got older and bigger. Fankfully we got a Cat Twee given to us and it’s stable and we luv it. Y’all enjoy yous new twee. And Phoebe…member, it’s nice to share, and dat Santa guy is watchin’. MOL

    1. Phoebe is usually very nice to Snowball and helps her bathe. I am sure she will let her try it, she let Joanie and Sammy today.

  28. That is a cool cat pole Phoebe and you look adorable performing quality control on it! We think you should charge the others to use it. That way, you would have your own treat money :p

  29. Wow, that’s a really neat tree to buy with your monies. I get all the dimes the humans get for change so it would take a long time to save up enough to get something like that. I’m glad you are able to be the first to use it.
