Happy Tuesday everyone! Today is medical day, but first, a photo of our tortie, Penny:

When Phoebe was sick last week, I paid for the senior panel which is blood work and urine testing. She didn’t have a full bladder so we didn’t do that part and they sent me home with a cup. Once I found out Phoebe’s blood was fine, I decided to use the cup for Lucy’s urine. I carry Lucy to the bathroom twice a day to remind her to pee and she always goes on the puppy pad so it was easy to catch some. For the rest of the cats, it would be hard to get a sample unless I segregated one which is hard to do with so many. I am pleased to say Lucy’s test was good despite being around ageĀ 16.

  3. Hi All……Phoebe I see you closed your eyes up when that flashy box thing was snapping your picture but you still look like you’re ready to curl up there for a nap! Glad to hear Penny is OK and all is well for everyone just now. With a house full of kitties I’m sure it’s nice when everyone is doing ALRIGHT!

  9. Is good to hear dat Lucy be duin’ good. Wish we had gotten dat diagnosis wiff sis Lexi. Anyways, as always Phoebe be just bootyful and so is gawjus Penny. Hav a gweat day.

    1. Lucy is 16, Penny won’t tell us her age, but she showed up in our yard almost 3 years ago and the vet guessed she was 2 or 3 at the time.
