The A-Z Blogging Challenge- N

Hi everyone! We are participating in The A-Z Blogging Challenge and we are up to the letter N. Back in 2016, I wrote about Norton the cat, an adorable Scottish Fold that traveled to Paris with his owner. To read about him, click here.

This year for N, I have Night of the Furies by the late Roby Sweet. This is the fourth book in the series. There is one more, but I haven’t read it yet because I know that is the last one. Sadly, Roby Sweet passed away in 2018. I love her mystery series that features a very intelligent feline, Miss Cuddlywumps.

I wrote about the first book back in 2017, click here.

And the second one in 2018, click here.

And the third one, I didn’t review on here, but I did love it.

We are joining Sammy’s Poetry Day. Here is my poem based on the photo provided by Pam:

Two little tots having fun

outside, playing in the sun.
No, you haven’t had too much to drink
those are really pandas -wink, wink.

And here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow. I came up with the first two and my co-host  Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with the second two.

    3. These days, “wandering around the house” is my default mood.
    4. Have I ever told you that Iza loved home-baked bread crusts? I suddenly realized today that I didn’t have to hide my bread anymore.

    1. Thank you for these great answers. Apparently our liquor stores are essential because they haven’t closed. I am sorry you are wandering around the house, I know you miss your sweet girl. I remember you writing about her going for the bread.

  4. Pandas ALWAYS seem to have fun don’t they! We thought this was a truly adorable photo of them playing – it would be fun to see this in “video form” !! Thanks for being poetic with us every week. We didn’t read any of Roby Sweet’s books but maybe we should – they look fun.

Hugs to all of you from all of us
    Love, Teddy

  19. We have all Roby’s books and are saving the last one too. She had one almost ready to publish just before she died…maybe like “Go Set a Watchman” that one will get printed eventually.

  20. I was so lucky to get to meet Roby at the last BlogPaws conference, and so sad when she passed. I never did read her books though; I really need to do that.

I haven’t been able to re-subscribe to your blog! The first time I tried I got an error message, now just nothing happens! So I’ll probably be more behind on my reading than normal, since I have to rely on my memory to come over! LOL

    1. You were lucky to meet her, I wish I had gotten to. Sorry you couldn’t resubscribe. I need to figure out what is going on.

  21. I miss Roby and her wonderful stories so much 🙁 Still hard to believe she’s gone.
