Hi everyone! We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.

  I am thankful that I only had to pose for one photo with this crocheted Q-tip for The A-Z Challenge.Also thankful that Mom didn’t try to stick it in my ear. We are impressed that some of you guessed that she was making a Q-tip. Good job Caren and Cody and Laila and Minchie

And here is my poem for Sammy’s Poetry Day. We had to write a photo based on this photo:

Some need to jump from a plane to feel alive
or go on a deep sea dive.
Some climb Mount Everest
or have to be cleverest.
All Mom needs is to hear us purr
and to pet our soft fur.

    I knew a kitty who had that for his second name, cause he liked to steal them to play with:)

  3. I think a crocheted q-tip is VERY original! I’m very glad that your kitty’s purring keeps you happy and you don’t need to take up skydiving!

  5. Q-Tips are so handy, i think it’s a great idea to crochet one.

    Adventure can be great, there’s something more to be said for the loving comforts of home and family.

    My condolences to all who loved Cat Scout Foxy.

    Aww I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Foxy. It is always hard to tell our loved ones, human and pets, good-bye.

  7. A Q-tip! Why didn’t WE think of that! I love it too – it’s super cute like all the other toys you’ve made Miss Ellen. We also think your poem this week is PERFECT. Who needs to fly when all the fun is right here on the ground surrounded by kitties?!?!?!

  16. You and the people who guessed correctly for Q are very clever! I had to snicker when I read: “We had to write a photo based on this photo.” Hope you don’t mind me pointing out the typo, it just made me giggle. Heaven only knows how many typos I scatter across the world every day. ~rolls eyes at self~ Sorry about the loss of Foxy. 🙁 Be well, my dears!

  17. I love your creativity. I hope to get caught up today…at least sorta’. I read every day, but time has just been at a minimum. Chloe Jo is not doing as well as we had hoped, but we are not giving up! More on the newbie later. We love you guys very much. Hugs.

    Wee went over to Foxy’ss bloggie an leeved sum good werdss fur her Pawentss.
    LadyMum iss havin a ruff time with her stew-pid other moe-lar. Shee was given a surgery date fur may 18th butt shee begged fur thee tooth out sooner. So shee goess April 25th with a new Dental surgeon…..paws crossed Docktur Mazzeroti can get thee filthee tooth out with no trubbull.
    So if mee absent you know mee on Purr-amedic duty!
