Thankful Thursday

Hi everyone! I am joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. I am thankful that all of you have been so accepting of me. I know I will never be as fun as Phoebe, but I will try my best.

And to thank you all , I am having a giveaway. Just comment on today’s post for a chance to win. I will announce the winner on Sunday so you have until Saturday night 9pm (EST) to enter. The prize is this ghost print catnip mat and 2 crocheted catnip ghosts.

Brody wants me to tell you how he caught two bats and a rat

Shhh! Please don’t tell him they are Halloween decorations. Mom wasn’t too happy he de-tailed the rat.

Now for my poem for Sammy’s Poetry Day, featuring the letter S.

SPIDERS
Some spiders are hairy
and some are scary.
Some a really big,
but most are smaller than a twig.
We have all kinds in this house
maybe I will hide one in mom’s blouse.

And now the Friendly Fill-ins for tomorrow. Mom came up with the first two and Annie of McGuffy’s Reader came up with the second two.

it’s been almost a year since I put them away
time to bring them out so the kitties can play

  18. Prancie, you are a cutie and you are doing a fine job. You are doing things your way and we love you for you! Laughing at Brody and the rat without the tail. You might want to think twice about hiding a spider in your Mom’s blouse! Your giveaways are such a nice thing to do… I am going to pass on this as we have no kitty and no family or friends that we could gift it to.

  19. OMC Mommy hates spiders. It’s amazin’ how such a small critter can take down somepawdy as big as our mommy. But take her down they do. She loses all compurrsure and screams. MOL By da way, you’re lookin’ gawjus Prancie. Give our entry to a kitty who really luvs this holiday. We don’t celebrate it all. Big hugs

    Luv ya’
