Thankful Thursday

Hi everyone! We are joining Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.

I am thankful Millie and Prancie made it to 2020. Here is Millie snoozing with his collection of stuffies. About 12 years ago, my niece was getting rid of a bunch of stuffed animals and Millie managed to pull the little white dog and her 2 puppies out of the bag so she let him keep them. They have all been his “babies” since then.

We are also joining  Sammy’s Poetry Day. Here is my poem to go with this photo prompt provided by Pam.

Wait til the girl next door sees me
riding my bike wild and free.
I just know someday we will wed
just don’t tell her I sometimes wet the bed.
Here are the Friendly Fill-Ins for tomorrow. I came up with the first two and my co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.
1. My plans for the weekend include ___________________________.

2. You will never find ______________________ in my home.

3. I hope I always _________.
4. I hope I never _________.

Tomorrow is DH’s off-Friday, so I will be away from Blogosphere but here are my responses to your fill-ins:

    1. My plans for the weekend include _to relax, mainly because the forecast is calling for rain. I really need it after a busy weekend_.

    3. I hope I always _stay naive about somethings_.
    4. I hope I never _loss my mobility or memory. That’s a fear many have especially when we see those golden years getting closer and closer with each passing year_.

AND…that Entrepreneur is also still doing well despite his cancer. I wish you and yours nothing but the best for 2020 and beyond. xoxo

  10. What a sweet picture of Millie and his “babies.” Glad he and Prancie were able to join you in the New Year. Purrs.

  11. Awww, that’s precious that Millie has his favorite stuffies.

The little guy need not worry, by the time he is grown up enough to marry all will be well.

  12. BOL – we loved your poem. We don’t do so well with stuffies. We really love them to death:) – Destuffing is our specialty.

Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber

  13. We here are all thankful we made it to another year. And in relatively good health (Iza is on some medications recently). TBT is in good health (and that matters to US a lot. But also that his Bein family dint lose annyone last year. Even the old uncle (95) could write a note in the holiday card his daughter sent.

  14. We are sending all of our purrs, woofs, and prayers to Millie and Prancie! Millie, your sure snagged some cute goodies with those puppy stuffies. And I always look forward to your poems, because they never fail to make me smile and laugh. Warm wishes!

  15. We love the picture of Millie with her babies and we hope that she and Prancie will stay for a much longer time with you. Healing Pawkisses and Purrayers continue every day for your cuties and for you too🐾😽💞
