Hi everyone! We are joining, The Cat On My Head’s Sunday Selfie Blog Hop.

For selfies, I just have Brody and Trouble.  I am so happy for Brody. All the other kitties seem to love him and he usually has someone snoozing next to him. When he first arrived in 2016, that crew of cats wanted nothing to do with him and despite his attempts to play, no one would.

And here are my Christmas Cacti that apparently are Thanksgiving Cacti.

I have 3 colors- red, pink and yellow.

The pink one is the biggest and has a lot of blossoms right now.

  5. Brody is lucky to be a “cat magnet” for his brothers and sisters! My Mom has a “something cactus” (Thanksgiving or Christmas…who knows?!) that is big but blooms in the summer?! No sign of buds on it now – maybe it’s a mystery cactus?

  7. Trouble looks very comfortable lying there next to Sweet Brody. Glad he has a happier life once everyone got used to him. My Christmas cactus actually turned into a Halloween cactus. No more flower buds on it and don’t know if it’ll try again this winter or not.

    Wow, that is a grand display from your cacti. So lovely to see plants in bloom at this time of the year. They must really cheer you all.

  20. Brody’s story warms my heart. And so do you. ~hugs~ I’ve considered buying a Christmas cactus. Sweet Jezebel destroyed one long ago because I put it on a precarious perch. ~sigh~ A second never did as well and eventually died. Oh, well. Take care, my dear.

    1. Thank you. 🙂 I am lucky to have a cat free room ( the dining room) where all our plants live. Maybe you could get one and put it in a plant hanger so the kitties can’t reach it.XO

    Ellen your Cacti are beautiful…I had one for years. It was always changing its mind about the proper time to bloom. I learned to enjoy it whenever

    Yore pink an red Cactus flowerss are beeuteefull. An THE yellow Cactus flowerss are amazin~~wee nevurr seen yellow flowerss on a Cactus plant beefore Aunty!!!!
