Hi everyone. I am a bad kitty mom. I forgot that yesterday was Friday’s 3rd Gotcha Day.

Good thing she is so forgiving.

 

Time for the fill-ins. I came up with the first two sentences and my wonderful co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with the second two. My answers:
1. Getting unfriended on Facebook hurts my feelings. I shouldn’t care, but I never know what I did wrong for that to happen.
2. Things on my not to do list include not going to any kind of meeting ever again and
never going to another wedding ( exception- if I am still alive when my great nieces and nephew get married).
3. Lola is an inanimate object that cheers me up. I enjoy “talking” her as Typhoid Mary calls it.
4. I wish I could hire someone to wash all my windows, refinish my wood floors and paint a lot of my ceilings.

My flashback is from October 2020, Angel Jinx was dressed as a vampire which is also my V word for  The A-Z Blogging Challenge.
I have no vampire items in my collection because my great aunt let me watch Salem’s Lot when I was a kid and I feared vampires for years- still not a fan.

    1. When my co-workers think I am too old to do my work, well, that hurts my feelings. because they can see how I am doing even more than they do!
    2. Things on my not to do list include falling and beaking another bone.
    3. my drummers are inanimate objects that cheers me up, because of their special meaning for me.
    4. I wish I could hire someone to do all my utside chores and make my patio more of a pleasant outdoor retreat.

  5. We love filling in the blanks! My Mom says she totally feels the same way as your Mom for #4 – wouldn’t it be nice if someone else would do all that HARD stuff to the house? Also, my Mom remembers many years ago seeing her first vampire movie – it made a HUGE impression on her……and when we say “impression” that doesn’t mean it was a GOOD impression!!!!

  6. So Friday would have had a Friday gotcha day, lol. I’m like you about meetings it’s been a long time since I’ve gone to one and it’d would have to be something really serious to get me to go again.

    I recommend that folks read “Dracula” by Bram Stoker.
    Although written a long time ago, it’s so much better than any movie (even the one with Frank Langella in it, or the spoof “Love At First Bite” with George Hamilton.

    I had my fill of meetings when I worked, and many were a waste of time.
    I wish I could hire someone to do all of the heavy cleaning.

  14. 1. When the kitties don’t let me love on them hurts my feelings. Cats want love when they want it and not when they don’t.
    2. Things on my not to do list include yard work and yard work. I’d rather do anything than yard work.
    3. My Bluetooth astronaut speaker is an inanimate object that cheers me up. He’s holding a globe that changes colors.
    4. I wish I could hire someone to spread world peace.

  19. Everyone forgets once in so often, please tell Friday I wish her many happy returns of her Gotcha Day.

    I’m not on Facebook, but from what I gather, there is a difference between unfriended and unfollowed. The first means the person no longer wants to associate with you, which is sad, and I can understand how it can hurt. The second simply means the person may be short on time and can no longer follow every update but still considers you a part of his/her friend circle. If someone is unfollowing you, it might not be personal but a matter of their time constraints. If it’s unfriended, then I am sorry it happens, too, because life is too short not to work things out.
