Hi everyone! I have lots to tell you, but Mom is going to interrupt this post for day 2 of The 3 Day Quote Challenge.

I have been nominated by Annie of McGuffy’s Reader, to participate in the “Three Day Quote Challenge”. The rules of the challenge are simple. They are as follows:

1. Post for three consecutive days.
2. Choose and share one or three quotes each day.
3. Challenge three additional bloggers each day.

Today is day 2 and it says to post for 3 consecutive days ( sorry Phoebe). Today’s quote is from James Altucher who I think of as my guru. He is a man who has failed many times, but always keeps trying.

Now back to Phoebe. 031My bikini is back and officially retired. I didn’t see Grammie yesterday, but she sent a bag of treats home with Mom for me. I love her so very much. I love my purrince too!

042 Who is this? This is the feral Mom wrote about yesterday. Some friends that live 2 miles away had asked us for a trap because they have 4 ferals around.. Mom borrowed one and volunteered to take them all in to get fixed. They want to keep this one if she is willing to stay inside- and good thing because I heard Mom talking and she said she is already in love and wants to keep her.

One more thing—thanks for the ideas on hiding the vet reminder, but it was too late. I have to go to the vet on Tuesday and Joanie is coming too. She has a little bump on her ear that Mom wants checked.

    We love today’s quote – and it’s true! <3 THank you for showing the feral (who is maybe soon not feral anymore). We love that your Mom is engaged and helps out – thank you from us, who have been found wild and homeless last February. Now we've a great home, and we're grateful that we can live here with our new Mom.

    1. They have been calling her Fluffy when they put out food so I guess that will be her name. Penny says thank you and sends her love.

I bet you’re glad to have your bikini back home Phoebe – does it have smells on it from all the kitties who have worn it as it traveled???? The feral kitty the neighbors want to try and keep inside is beautiful……pretty long furs. Hope the visit to the vet turns out OK too…………..

  12. Always Loooove your selfies! Enjoh the vet…NOT! Let us know bout Joanie’s ear…Paprika has a something on her ear that wasn’t there before and we’re watching it. And thank you for the honor of including us in your challenge. Unfortunately we are held hostage by our owner who is trying to finish the Bloggers 2015 Rainbow Bridge slideshow before her cataract surgery Feb 3. We tried to sit on her lap and make her stop working on it so we could blog, we tried everything, even knocking over a canister of our food… but she was adamant. So if you want to pick someone else for your challenge we’ll understand, um purrrrfectly. Have a great day you guys.

    1. Your Mom is very busy, we understand that you can’t do the challenge. The slide show is such a sweet thing for her to do. Joanie had a mast sell tumor removed a little over a year ago on that side of her face so I want to make sure it isn’t another one. Your vet should test Paprika’s ear, it only takes a small amount of cells and they know in a few minutes.We are praying your Mom’s surgery goes well.

She does look like a Maine Coon, my cousin Nixon is a Maine Coon, he lived here from 2006-2011 when Auntie’s niece moved, she took him. He has a chewing problem,he has eaten many cords and spaghetti strap shirts. XO and love to you and your Mum.

    Hope the vet trip is just ordinary…no nasty surprises, we will purr fur that, though you can sing kitty mews and yowls as much as you like to make your Mom pay fur taking you there, MOL!

    That feral kitty is evfur so purrty! Soon she will be a princess kitty somewhere…and if she is nearby we might even see her from time to time??

    A travelling hat sounds like fun!! Meowmy made us say that…

    1. I also hope the vet visit goes well. I hope someone can see the feral sometime. She is hiding under a bureau, she comes out to eat, but I haven’t seen her again. I took a photo under the bureau though.

  31. That feral cat is beautiful…we would be tempted to keep her too! Hope she stays inside and adjusts to the good life! That is cool that the bikini made it home in one piece (as it were! :p ). How long did it take to get back to you? We hope the vet visit goes smoothly and nothing too serious is going on!

    1. The bikini was gone since last June or July and stopped home briefly around Christmas before one last trip to Canada. It has traveled more than I ever have 🙂 I hope she will adjust to indoor life too, she is so scared, I wonder how she managed outdoors. XO

    1. Fluffy beat the crap out of Mom this morning when she tried to get her back in the trap. She was so scared and scratched Mom up, there was blood everywhere. She is all fixed now and back with the people who trapped her. They want to try to keep her as a pet. She is very sweet as long as you don’t try to grab her.
      We are praying your appointment goes well. XOXOXOX My calm sweet boy.

        1. You are not troubled, you just have a lot of energy because you are so young. I am 13 and still love to spin around on my pole, ever since I got my new one, I have even more energy. XO and love and paw kisses.
