   My local shelter has its own second-hand store. It’s open every day, and you can donate anything you like, cheap and expensive items. I really like the idea, especially since I’m very in to second-hand stores and flea markets. I donate everything I don’t need anymore. I’m also supporting the shelter by shopping at their store.

   For me, it’s a perfect win-win situation. I get to declutter my home, and shop with a good conscience. They are actually earning good money on their second-hand sellings, and spend it on buying food and paying vet bills.

   1. That is sweet of you to donate to your local shelter. One of our shelters has a thrift store too and I donate to, they take a lot of stuff, but no clothes 🙁
