Happy Wednesday everyone! Thank you all for trying to help me yesterday with the syringe. AnnĀ  ( http://www.mypawsitivelypets.com/ ) and Flynn (http://twodevoncats.blogspot.com/ ) were familiar with it and helpful. I ended up breaking mine so I had to get a new one at the vet, they also showed me how to work it. My niece is the hospital manager so she made a note to tell all the techs that they need to show people how to use them before they leave with one.

My ROAR this week is for The Animal Rescue Site. I know most of you are familiar with it, but in case you are not, you are missing out. It is a great place to shop for kitty items for your cat and for you and when you do, you are also helping to feed shelter animals.

I recently purchased a ring for myself for $12.95 and in doing that, it buys 14 bowls of food. My hubby and I outgrew our original wedding bands a long time ago. About 10 years ago, I bought some cheap bands to wear with the hope we would someday be able to wear the originals. We only wear them when we go out and I guess I go out more than he does because mine is all scratched. I thought a ring with paw prints would be a good replacement.   3. I’m so sad that there are so many pals that need purrs right now… although I am always happy to give them. We shop so rarely for things, but the Animal Rescue site is a good place!

Thanks for the link to the Animal Rescue Site……….AND what a great idea to get a ring with paws on it – after all, we love our “mates” and we love our pets with equal intensity so why not show it off?!?!?! We hope all our sick friends are better soon too – and are particularly happy that our buddy Easy’s Dad is now home after his accident!

    1. Thank you that is exactly why I did want paw prints. I felt a little guilty though because our original and first set of fakes had a cross and now I switched to the paw prints.

  20. TW has done her Christmas shopping there on more than one occasion. Hope they have another sale on their Halloween cat socks. BTW, TW is wearing a pair of her ā€œselfieā€ socks today.

  21. The Animal Rescue Site is great. I would love to order as they do have some lovely things, but I live in the UK. We have similar sites and animal charities here and I do sometimes purchase things to help them raise money, such as calendars and diaries.
