Hi everyone!Did you miss me last week when mom bumped my post for a Chewy review?

I am hiding in this tunnel because mom said she wants to start pinching pennies. Can you believe it? She even found a website with tips on how to pinch them! It is called The Prudent Penny Pincher. It is similar to the other website I told you about. Mom is all excited because she found a bunch of Grinch themed recipes on there. And lots of decorating ideas. She claims she won’t pinch me, but I am not taking my chances.

    And We think you are quite right to play safe and hide in the Tunnel. We would do the same in your place. Pinching pennies? Ooh, that sounds painful! Why don’t you tunnel-transport over for a visit till your Mom gets over this penny-pinching phase (mol)?

  14. Our dad is good at pinching them pennies. Mom not so much, but now our pawrents fill up both of their cars at at the same time, using just one gas pump without shutting off. They get points for shopping at Kroger, and the points help go a long way. Every fill up they’ve saved over $35.

  15. I really don’t think your Mom has any intent to pinch you, Penny. Pinching hurts, and I really don’t think she would hurt you. You’re a good kitty. Penny pinching is just an old idiom for saving up money for good things.

  30. That’s a cozy-looking hidey hole you’ve got there. I’m sure Mom doesn’t mean any harm to you. Pinching pennies is sometimes necessary, but it’s never necessary to pinch kitties!

  31. Peek-a-boo! That’s one smart momma you have, Penny. My mom wants to try and be frugal, too, for the rest of the year. I just hope she doesn’t pinch her pennies when it comes to my moist noms! Tee hee hee. Winks!
