Hi everyone. Before we get started, we want to give our condolences to our friend, Kommando Kitty’s family on her passing.

I have been helping my dad with his seed order.

He is pretty picky about the varieties of vegetables he grows so he has to order them from catalogs. If you are not as picky, you can save a lot on seeds. The Dollar Tree has packages 4 for $1 . And your local library may have a seed library too. Ours does, people donate seeds they don’t want or need and you can take what you need for free.

And Valentine’s Day will be here next week so if you are short on funds, check out some of these freebies. There are lots of cat themed books to get on your Kindle for free, most are cozy mysteries, but there is even one with recipes to make your own cat food.

    Have fun with all those Valentine freebies!! We love our slow cooker, so thanks! And also for the cat food recipes….we might need that is a stray comes by here….but somehow we don’t think so. We haven’t seen a stray here in years. Guess that is a good thing, right?!

  4. We didn’t know Kommando Kitty either but we know KK was greeted at the gates by many other Angels with a warm welcome. Your Dad ordering his seeds is a sign that Spring is coming soon!!!!

  5. Precious things Brody looks absolutely perfect. And Rosie you did great on telling us what to get for Valentine’s. It’s nice to look at seed catalogs right now and decide what you’re going to plant. Lynn brought home some flower magazines the other day just enjoy the pictures. The library is great.

    I’m glad you have an assistant now, Elvira looks quite competent to do the job.

    As for Brody, he needs a modeling job of his own, he’s so photogenic and likes to be in front of the lens so much.

  23. Oh, so sorry for the family of that lovely kitty. And thank you for GREAT advice about seeds, books, you name it! Mama just ordered radishes, arugula, lots of lettuces and I can’t remember what all….typical….
