Hi everyone. Looks like I won the battle to keep this cat tree in the kitchen. Mom even got me a sign. Rosie is very jealous that I have a sign with my name. She even knocked it off the tree. My dad fixed it though so she can’t do that again.

I have some money saving Halloween tips for you today. First off, keep your lights off on Halloween then you don’t have to buy candy or if you did buy some, you won’t have to share.

I know I have told you about Temu before, but my mom really loves that place and she gets quite the bargains. For example, Pottery Barn is selling a Harry Potter floating candle set and the sale price is $104- isn’t that crazy?

Well, mom got the same thing from Temu, it has a remote and everything and it was only $12.

And she got this pretty fabric shower curtain for $12.  My Penny Lane sign came from Temu too. Actually, now that I think of it, mom needs may have a shopping problem.

  5. YAY for you Penny – you can keep your kitchen cat tree! We also think your Mom (who loves Halloween so much) found some additional touches of spookiness for the house. Mom says she plans to decorate our house when she gets back from vacation……she puts plastic pumpkins over our driveway lights and it looks very cool for the kids coming up to our house to trick or treat!!!!

      1. Mew mew mew that iss funny Aunty Ellen……livin THE Life of Riley inndeed! An BellaSita did not know shee was missin anything til shee was a teenager. Shee was alloud to dress up an go out Tricky Treetin with her frend Marina fore 2 yeerss. But nayburrss were nasty about her doin that. Cause shee was 15; then 16. Shee made ehr own costumess even. An nayburrss NEW shee nevurr Tricky Treeted butt still were meen to her an her frend! So BellaSita avoidss Halloweeny like Covid! 😉

  22. So many good tips Penny! Loving the shower curtain. I need to shoot your Mom a picture of the shower curtain I bought. She would love it. NoBODY trick or treats in our neighborhood. Can’t decide how I feel about that. The whole Meowing Crew are going to want a sign with their name on it!!!

  24. A cat tree in the kitchen, wow, you’re lucky.
    Please be careful with Temu. If you search the web, there are a lot of security risks associated with that site, their app, and the merch you receive isn’t always what’s pictured. But if it works for you, that’s great.

    1. I am lucky. We don’t have the app, we just go to the site on the laptop. ANd so far everything has been great and the 1 item we got we didn’t like and it was free returns. XO

  27. I’ve been avoiding Temu because I know I’ll go overboard MOL. Years ago I got a “Santa Stop Here” sign for Mudpie’s KatKabin that I put her name on and I *lost* it!!!
