Hi everyone! Did you miss me last week? It has been a rough two weeks around here. Way too much beasty girls. Next week they have gymnastics camp so I will have a break. I just need to get through today.
You know how mom decluttered everything and is always bugging dad? Well, if she is so worried about clutter, why does she keep shopping online? It seems like every week there is a little orange bag arriving. And nothing is for me. She even bought a mini fridge for Lola, the toy that Typhoid Mary made a house for.
Lola made a little thank you card to thank Typhoid Mary for building her a house.
Mom and Dad got The Beasty Boys to a clinic for their rabies vaccines. Our local tractor supply has a VIP pet clinic open 5 days a week kind of like a rapid care for pets, they even do blood work.  Mom figured they are young and didn’t need to go to the vet for the vaccine. This place does do an exam before to be sure one is healthy enough for the vaccine. They each got a toy ice cream cone at Tractor Supply. I never get a toy when I go to the vet.
Brody goes to the regular vet for his rabies vaccine because he needs to be sedated. He has a significant heart murmur so now he needs to go to a cardiologist. His appointment is August 15th. Please pray he doesn’t get a clot before then.
Mom is hoping to bring Trouble and Friday for their vaccines this week. She is also trying to help a friend with some sick strays.  If the lady can trap them, mom will bring them to the clinic.
I thought you might want to see my beautiful tummy before I go. I love to have it rubbed. I don’t like my head touched though.

  6. Oh, Rosie, that TUMMY OF TUMMIES! We are avoiding your head…and you are so patient with the two little devils, and how sweet to build a doll house and have a thank you TOO. What a house. Your mama and my mama would certainly have fun online with Ms A, right? (Amazon) We have to control them, it is our duty.

  7. Rosie there is NEVER a dull moment at your house is there……the Beasty boys and girls keep you all on the edge of your seats (or cushions) wondering what’s next. Sounds like a lot of shots being had among you BUT that’s a good thing – we need to be protected from all the bad stuff that can happen to us. We will pray Brody will be OK until he gets his shot on the 15th. We send love to all of you and thanks for the household update!

  8. Dear Rosie, we love the tummy photo, what hooman would not love to pet you there. Sorry to know Brody has such heart issues. I send him all my purrs as I do think I am in luv with him. And all so many kitties in your home to get shots! I think I may need to be sedated this year when I go fur my annual. I get depressed and sick fur a week after. Precious

  11. Tummy yes, head no. All cats are different. You are lucky to have a place for vaccines. We can get them at our local shelter or our local CVS on specific days. We’ve spent a lot on Gus for his eye/UTI issues and Gracie for her constant barfing (which still goes on) that I decided to forego the annual checkups unless they are older or truly need it. Morgan may need a dental. She’s never had one and she’s 12. Stinky breath. That will wipe out any cat savings but that’s life.

    1. Dentals are really expensive. I am thankful for this vet clinic to save money on the younger cats and use it toward Brody’s ultrasound.

  15. I think the girls would be very good to you, maybe even ignore you, if you came out during their visit. Then you’d see they aren’t a threat.

  18. Rosie you have a sweet tummy. I know you love those tummy rubs. Mister Kitty only likes his head petted and I can touch his back but I think he was injured when he was neutered (ouch) Your mom is the best. Have a good nap and sweet dreams. Hey maybe your dad has tips on decluttering for me. hmmmm…….

  24. That was a very good report, Rosie. I hope all goes well for Brody. I have a heart murmur too but it is slight and I have had it since birth. I nearly forgot, you have a lovely tummy.
