It’s Monday! What Are YOU Reading?

Hi everyone! We are joining Comedy Plus’ Awww….Mondays and Book Date’s It’s Monday What are YOU Reading?

I am currently reading, Peaches & Paprika, Calico Cats of Distinction: Our First Year in Connecticut by Carol Lowbeer. I am a fan of their blog and even had the pleasure of meeting them in the fur once.

*Disclaimer: I received a free Kindle copy of the book. All opinions are my own.

If you love cats and a happy ending then this is the book for you. I LOVE all the photos showing the unique personality of Peaches and Paprika, all taken by their mom who is a professional photographer. Before being adopted, they were on a shelter kill list, meaning their time had run out. I am so glad these two sweeties got rescued. I wish all kitties could be so lucky. If you have Kindle Unlimited, you can read it for free. Otherwise, it is a reasonable $4.99. Click here.

And for my awww …photo. I thought I would mix it up and show my niece’s dog, Nora.

Before we go , we want to give our condolences to sweet Harvey’s family. To visit them, click here.

  2. My thoughts go to Harvey’s family.
I have the Kindle version of Peaches and Paprika’s book too and it is lovely with lots of beautiful photos.
    Nora looks very sweet.

  3. Dad loves cats, of course, but he’s not exactly a fan of happy endings. He prefers horror/thrillers with waaaay to much graphic stuff and disturbing endings. But anyway, glad you’re doing some nice quality reading. We’ve been a little absent but I made dad log on and get his butt moving around to catch up with our fellow bloggers. Baby steps, I guess.

  4. Have read nothing but wonderful reviews for Peaches and Paprika’s new book. That photo of Nora is adorable…..she’s smiling!

    Hugs, Pam and Teddy too

  5. I always love happy ending 🙂 I’m so glad Peaches and Paprika are rescued from kill list and now happy kitties in their forever home!

  15. Oh, I’m so sorry about Harvey. 🙁 This book sounds like a fun and uplifting use of time. Thanks for sharing. And Nora looks a lot like my Aunt’s dog Candy in my youth. She was related to our part beagle Tina, a real sweetie herself. Be well, my dear.

  16. Mom has the prequel to The Hunger Games on reserve from the library – she is excited to get it because she loved that series.

    Have a good week.

  17. I’m a fan of Peaches And Paprika’s blog too but sadly I stopped getting their posts a long time ago. Too bad they are great cats and their owner is nice too.
I’m reading Book 4 of The Hillcrest Witch Cozy Mystery Series. The book is called: The Case of the Trust Spell by Amorette Anderson. You will love it.

  18. I’m pooped from all the cat content reading I did judging for the CWA so I’m reading anything without cats 🙂
