Hi everyone. Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers. Some of us have 4-legged children, some have 2-legged too- I wish you all a wonderful day. And I want to wish my special Mom ( AKA Grammie) a Happy Mother’s Day too!

Brody was the only one willing to take a selfie. He is most happy to have a mother.

We are joining The Cat on My Head’s Sunday Selfie Blog Hop.

We are also joining  Cactus Catz’ Sabi Saturday. A fun hop where you show something vintage/antique, recycled and repurposed. Last week, I showed you the war ration book my great-aunt left me. This cookbook was also with the ration book.

    Ellen. I have a slightly older Samsung Point and Shoot (charges from the mains OK) and you can download pictures to a computer too. If you would like it let me know I can post it off. It’s small, portable and easy to use.

  33. That cookbook looks interesting. Have you made any of the recipes? I’ll bet it uses “non traditional” and organ meats.
