I think KaTwo got a little confused because even though she is wearing Mardi Gras beads, she is making the Maneki Neko (lucky cat) sign.
She does look like Maneki Neko 🙂
Maybe KaTwo was saying, “Howdy” to everybody. It’s a cute picture, whatever the kitty is saying. 🙂

KaTwo looks like a Maneki Neko (I think that is what it is called), porcelain cat statues used for good luck in Japan (and China) but way cuter! 🙂
