Friendly Fill-Ins Week 526

Hi everyone. Time for the fill-ins. I came up with the first two sentences and my wonderful co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with the second two. 1. My summer bucket list includes a lot of veterinary appointments (including the vet coming here and Brody’s echo with the cardiologist) and quality time with my great-nieces and nephew.

2. I plan to make this summer be remembered as was one of the best summers that I ever had.
3. I’m getting ready for Halloween by watching for stores to put out the new Halloween decorations.
4. Finding out someone doesn’t like cats immediately makes me dislike that person. I am usually open minded with religion and politics, but I draw the line at cats.

  2. We hope you have the best summer ever too! We have missed planning for a visit to see you all for this year – that’s what our summers have been spent doing for some years and we will always remember that. Hope the home visiting vet works out – for you all that would just be PERFECT with the number of cats that you have. Hope your Friday and weekend are happy and fun. Great filling in (but your fill ins are always great!).

  11. About your answer to #4, it’s funny how many people assume that I don’t like dogs, since we’ve got cats. No, I love doggos; just don’ t have any right now. Perhaps I should post all of the dogs I see in my neighborhood. Hmmm…
    Angel Joanie looks rather angelic in this shot; she was beautiful.

  12. I hope this is the best summer yet for you. Higher temperatures are starting to move in . By mid next week, we are expected to be in the mid to upper 90s. I’m not looking forward to it getting that hot. I guess I’ll be ok indoors.

    My Fill-Ins~
    1. My summer bucket list includes no hurricanes (fingers crossed) and a Southern Boil.
    2. 1968 was one of the best summers that I ever had. Painted all the pipe fencing around the horse barn with my best gal pal and spent the afternoons swimming at the pool. Ate more cheeseburgers at drive-thrus than I ever thought was possible.
    3. I’m getting ready for the end of summer by hoping hard for fall!
    4. A forecast for rain immediately makes me happy but a little doubtful.
