Hi everyone! Time for the fill-ins. I came up with the first two sentences and my co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with the second two. My answers:
1. Not recognizing any new music makes me feel old.
2. Having a husband 15 years older than me makes me feel young.
3. Recently, having a supply of baby food came in handy. When I put some on top of Emmy’s food it usually gets her interested in eating.
4. I think that long range weather forecasts is (are) the most useless predictors. They are almost always way off.

  4. 1. Sometimes the hard work with moving and lifting the peeps I take care of makes me feel old.
    2. When the young girls I work with at times have no clue how old I actually am , that makes me feel young.
    3. Recently, having the tools and knowing how to make/fix costume jewelry came in very handy…since I had broken a necklace I loved.
    4. I think that much of the current life philosophies and woke culture is the most useless and harmful to our society..

  5. Oh, that lovely snoozing Sammy. Of course you would miss him, and thank heaven for Emmy liking baby food. Maybe mama will try that with my new PILL! Tastes awful, even in malt paste or duck fat, haha. Anyone with pill-taking ideas, please tell mama. I’ll pretend I didn’t ask that.

  8. I used baby food for Angel Seney when she was younger and had some bad teeth that needed pulling. And then when she got much older since she lived to be over 20, we had to entice her with baby food. And it certainly helped. Angel Sammy looked to be a beautiful kitty.

  10. Supurr fill-ins, and yep weather predictors are useless. They’ve been trying to scare us about snow for the last 12 days, we haven’t seen any yet in our area, just frost and ice. Happy weekend sweeties and thank mew for hosting!

  15. Sweet flashback with Angel Sammy♥ Great that baby food gets Emmy to eat. Our cats loved baby food. Our weather prognosticators rarely get the weather correct… they just change it for whatever time a day and make us feel like all is well. My Fill-Ins~
    1. Filling out countless redundant forms for doctors makes me feel old.
    2. Getting in my car and turning the radio up makes me feel young.
    3. Recently, our hurricane shutters came in very handy.
    4. I think that my iron is the most useless thing I own.

  16. It always makes us happy to see Angel Sammy…….I am sure OUR Angel Sammys are looking out for us. I’m sure having an older hubby makes you feel young. David is only two years older than I am and that makes me feel young too!

  29. Awww… Sweet Sammy. And thanks for the tip about baby food. So far, Jezebel just seems to forget she was eating or just likes the attention. lol She seems to enjoy making me jump through hoops; if she walks away and returns to meow for food again, I put it under her nose (sometimes) again and again.
