Friendly Fill-Ins Week 283

Hi everyone! Time for the fill-ins. I came up with the first two sentences and my co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with the second two. My answers:
1. My main concern right now is to keep Emmy healthy. She had a recheck the other day and her kidneys are not good so she can’t take one of the heart meds she was on. She is also now on meds for her thyroid.
2. I plan to see my great nieces costumes before they go out trick or treating.
3. If I saw a ghost, I would try to communicate with him or her.
4. This time of year, making fudge ( topped with candy eyeballs) is a personal tradition of mine.  I also make mummy wrapped hot dogs with crescent rolls for supper on Halloween.

    I hope Emmy will stay well, yet, for a long time.

    1, My main concern right now is deciding if or not I should cross the border to see my sister….
    2. I plan to be at church for Halloween this year, since its on a Sunday and we don’t
    have trick or treaters coming around here anyways…and we both do not really want to do anything with this holiday…its in conflict with our beliefs.
    3. If I saw a ghost, I would get very worried.
    4. This time of year, enjoying all the wonderfully painted trees is a personal tradition of mine. I also admire the last flowers on the dahlias before I ‘put them to bed’ till the next spring.

  4. Sorry to hear about Emmy……hope she will be OK. KaTwo was quite a little devil in her costume – your cats ALL have wonderful costumes every single year (and in between too!). Hope you have a fun Halloween.

  6. Sending prayers for Emmy! I think we might copy your Halloween dinner but do it for lunch. KaTwo looks darling in the flashback photo.
    1, My main concern right now is the cold front on the way. Better bring some “jeans wearing” temps
    2. I plan to go out for dinner with friends for Halloween this year.
    3. If I saw a ghost, I would choke back a scream.
    4. This time of year, putting out Mom’s lighted ceramic Christmas tree on November 1st is a personal tradition of mine.

  21. We love your answers. I’m not sure what I’d do if I saw a ghost. The kitties, I think two would run around in little circles, and Piewhackits would want it to play with her. (She loves to play.) I hope Emmy gets better. Purrs and hugs to you.

  22. We think your answers to the Fill-ins are purrfect! Poor Emmy! We hope she gets better soon and We gotta say, Ka-Two looks totally adorable! We hope you have a marvellously happy weekend! Tomorrow Alex and I will get all the yard decorating done for Sunday. We are both looking forward to it.

  29. Prayers for Emmy! I’m not sure if I would talk to a ghost. It wouldn’t be my first instinct, but when the shock were off, I’d probably talk to him or her. I don’t think ghosts want to hurt us. Thanks for hosting the fill ins!
