Hi everyone! Time for the fill-ins. I came up with the first two sentences and my co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with the second two. My answers:

  1. This summer, I plan to go to a book sale.  There were none last year and not many this year, but there is a huge one in CT ( almost 2 hours away) that my mom and I plan to go to next Saturday.
  2. My favorite food at a bbq is a hamburger.
  3. You will find me in my own home at a party.  I try to avoid social gatherings unless it is for The Great One or Typhoid Mary.
  4. Whether a spot on the ceiling was dirt or a bug is the silliest thing I’ve ever argues about. About a year ago The Great One and I argues about this- I thought it was a bug- she was correct. 🙂

  2. I can identify with the bug on the ceiling! A few years ago we were staying in a converted barn and laying in bed I looked up and saw a bug on one of the beams. I woke Ivor up because I was afraid it would fall on me. He argued it wasn’t a bug and I said it was. I threatened to sleep on the sofa so he got a chair to get it down. It was a notch in the wooden beam!

    4. Who was going to get what bedroom and attached bathroom on a vacation with family is the silliest thing I’ve ever argued about. Don’t vacation with teens.

  9. I’ve found some great used books when shopping random book sales, however when I know exactly what I want, I go to AbeBooks.com and order. Some of the UK cat books just aren’t to be found anywhere but there.

  12. So here in the Southern USA BBQ is the flavor one puts on meat at a cook out. LOL crazy how regional words phrases originate.

    Excellent answers, and remember those young eyes are sharp. If a child tells you it’s a spot on the ceiling, not a bug, s/he is usually right.

  25. 1. This summer, I plan to do yardwork but stay in the shade as much as possible. Timing is everything.

    2. My favorite food at a bbq is spiced apple juice marinated smoked chicken.

    3. You’ll find me doing KP at a party. I’m not a great social mixer.

    4. “Worst TV Show Ever” is the silliest thing I’ve ever argued about. Because someone inevitably suggests some favorite of MINE.

  28. Oh, Angel Phoebe…how sweet! I would love to go to a book sale. I wonder if we’ll have one this year. And I’m not a fan of big parties. I prefer smaller, more intimate gatherings. xo
