Friendly Fill-Ins Week 216

Hi everyone! Time for the Friendly Fill-Ins. I came up with the first two sentences and my co-host, Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with the second two. If you didn’t do a post for them, you can also answer in the comment section. Thank you to all who participate. Don’t forget to add your link ( see below) to the hop so everyone can visit you.

1. When this pandemic is over, I __________________________________.
2. I have zero interest in _____________________.
3. I always look forward to _________.
4. _________ is the bane of my existence.
My answers:
1. When this pandemic is over, I plan to still wear a mask during flu season.
2. I have zero interest in Hamilton . the Broadway show or the movie. I just don’t see what the big deal is.
3. I always look forward to reading everyone’s comments and everyone’s fill-in answers.
4 Comcast is the bane of my existence. I couldn’t do anything like Skype without it freezing up so I tried to contact them and had so much trouble that I gave up and went online to order a better router. They came in and installed it, but nothing improved and to top it off the voice mail on the phone no longer works. I gave up trying to call them and bought an answering machine.
We are also joining Create With Joy’s Friendship Friday and Feline Friday currently hosted by Comedy Plus.
Here is a flashback from July 2014 of Angel Phoebe giving Angel Snowball a bath. Every time Phoebe was bathing, Snwoball used to go over to her and beg her for a bath by sticking her head in her face.

  1. Awww, such a sweet memory of those too lovely Angels.

    1. When this pandemic is over, I will rejoice greatly:)
    2. I have zero interest in pop music. (and a whole lot of other stuff that others find ‘cool’.)
    3. I always look forward to my travels to see my family…not happening this year, sadly..
    4. this corona virus is the bane of my existence, however right now the hot weather and all the mosquitoes that seem to go along with humidity and heat, are my bane…far more annoying that staying at home!

    1. Thank you for these great answers. I will rejoice too as most will. I am sorry you won’t get to see your family this year I hope you still get to see your sons though. XO

      1. Yes, We do see our sons, but less frequently than is usual…
If I go to Canada to see my sister, that means automatic quarantine off work for two weeks upon my return. Any travel out of the country, its a written thing on account of this mess we are in. Boo:(

  2. Some of the internet providers are appalling! Can you change supplier? I used to be with AOL who were okay, then they sold it to TalkTalk who were terrible. I tried BT who were not much better.
One day we were approached by a small family run company asking if they could put a mast on high ground on our land. They had a government contract to get faster broadband to outlying areas and we are in an ideal place for the transmitter to send it. Now we get free reasonably fast broadband and they also pay for the land their tower is on. Win win!
It is very reliable too, and if they have to do any maintenance they always text me first to let me know the connection may be down for a few minutes.

    1. I don’t think there is a choice with cable, but maybe internet. That is a great deal. XO

  3. We love the flashback picture and your answers to the fill-ins 🙂
We are sorry the tech things are not behaving :/
    Purrs,Georgia and Julie

  4. Aww…they were so cute together, sweet Angels💗We don’t know about Hamilton, so we googled it, and now we understand why that’s your answer..MOL😹Pawkisses for a Happy Weekend to all of you🐾😽💞

  5. I hadn’t thought of wearing a mask during flu season but it’s a good idea! Love the photo of Angel Phoebe and Angel Snowball…….SO SWEET!

    Hugs, Teddy

  6. Having a great internet provider is golden. We have Xfinity and they are very good. I hate to hear you have had so much trouble because you really use your internet. Not interested in Hamilton at all. I think masks are going to be with us for a long time. Always nice to have pictures of your Angels. Angel Phoebe and Angel Snowball… ♥♥
    My Fill-Ins…
    1. When this pandemic is over, I am heading straight to our favorite restaurant for my favorite Grouper sandwich.
    2. I have zero interest in ever going to a large shopping mall.
    3. I always look forward to taking a ride to downtown Venice. I remember how wonderful it was to walk around there before Covid.
    4. Humidity is the bane of my existence. What am I doing in Florida? Ha!
Hugs and scritches to the Meowing Crew!

    1. I think Xfinity and comcast are the same, glad you have better service. Thank you for these great fill-in answers. I bet you miss those sandwiches. It is pretty humid here right now too. Have a nice weekend. XO

  7. Sorry to hear you had such a hard time with Comcast. I don’t have a good experience with them, either.
The photo of Phoebe and Snowball is so sweet and what a fond memory. xoxo

  8. Good answers! We agree with you on Hamilton, the cast is a rude bunch. Sorry Comcast stinks so bad, that’s pretty sad.

  9. Awww on your angels. What a great shot of them.

Love your fill-ins and we had the same problem with Comcast and got rid of them years ago. Best thing we ever did. No television just Netflix and Amazon Prime. It’s perfect for us. I know your anger over their lack of service.

Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop. Thank you for co-hosting the Friendly Fill-ins.

Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend, Ellen. Scritches to all the kitties. ♥

  10. Masks are a wardrobe staple for me. I can’t stand Comcast and got rid of them. We cut the cable and use Roku and an internet connection via ATT. We use our cellphones for messages, etc.

What a sweet pic of Angel Phoebe and Angel Snowball. 😻

  11. Great answers. It’s a good idea to wear a mask even during flu season. Better safe than sorry. Have a great weekend!

  12. I 100% agree about Hamilton. I just don’t get it. And I recently heard a day camp I think, rented the movie version to show to the kids? Made me scratch my head
    Hugs Cecilia

  13. Comcast is horrific. We use them and it’s nothing but problems. We too have always used masks during the flu and will when this is all over too!

The sweet photos of your angel kitties made my heart happy. They were so sweet

  14. Yes! I am with you on #1! And more use of hand sanitizer in public places too. Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone did, or at least when they were not feeling well? We all would be so much healthier!

  15. We aren’t interested in “Hamilton” either – like “Titanic”, we know how it ends.

If you change ISPs we do NOT recommend Frontier/

  16. Oh my Phoebe and Snowball looked so cute in that photo 🙂

I shall be wearing masks for a while too some broadnand suppliers are appaling here too

Have a cutetastic safe weekend 😷😷😷

  17. We don’t have Comcast here, but we have never heard anything good about their customer service.

When this pandemic is over, we hope there is some return to normalcy, whatever that may be.

Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber

  18. Such a sweet picture! Could not agree more on Hamilton. That’s a bummer about Comcast. I always complained about them as my cable provider, but I’ve been very happy with them as an ISP…so far LOL

  19. Dad says he’s got lots he could say about Comcast but he’s gonna keep his comments to himself. We both absolutely love your photos with sweet angels Phoebe and Snowball.

  20. I’m sorry about your travails. That sounds super frustrating. ~hugs~ Those two angels look absolutely adorable. It still makes me sad that they’re gone.

  21. Fantastic fill-ins! I also have not seen Hamilton, and I have no interest whatsoever in seeing it. And my parents used to have a lot of trouble with Comcast, but more so with their cable TV. They went through so many cable boxes and service calls to get it all sorted out. I love this flashback of Angel Phoebe and Angel Snowball! I think it’s so sweet that Snowball wanted baths from Phoebe, and that Phoebe would oblige. Purrs!

    1. Thank you. We have cable troubles too, but the internet ones annoy me more.

  22. Comcast is the absolute worst. They have a monopoly in our area and we are forever having breaks in our service. (It’s not like It comes at a bargain price either). Sorry to hear you are a kindred soul.
