My answers:
1. I have faith in God, I know everything happens for a reason and God will get me through.
2. Yesterday, I finally got to Build-A-Bear with my great-niece ( The Great One).
She chose the “Elsa” bear, for the bargain price of $7, you can add a piece in her paw that sings “Let it Go”. SO glad we went with that so we could hear it 30 times on the way home 🙂  Just kidding, I had as much fun as she did.
3. My favorite place to be is home with my kitties. And hubby. If I could get my Mom to move in with us, it would be even better.
4. If I was granted one wish, it would be that no animal ever had to suffer. ( How many people thought I would say to meet Nicolas Cage?).

Another outfit for Joanie. She really loves The Great One and stays right with her.

  2. Your fill-ins are always so fantastic! I completely and totally agree with your #1. I feel bad for not putting that as mine, but I ended up feeling inspired by my furbabies for that one. I have never done Build-A-Bear, but I think the concept is so cute. Your #3 and #4 are very much like mine. I love to stay home more than anything. And, I also wish that all animals would only know care and love. I so badly want to make that wish come true. I hope your Friday is fabulous!

  3. Build a Bear sounds like fun, and i agree i cannot stand that animals suffer, it would be nice to be able to make that end.

  7. Love your fill-ins – and YES I thought you’d say Nicolas Cage (!!). Joanie is the most patient kitty in the whole world and I know that The Great One is so happy to play dress up with her. Glad you got to “Let It Go” 30 times – I have a feeling you will hear it WAY MORE THAN THAT in the coming days…..tee hee

    We don’t have a Build A Bear around here but are glad because Mom would probably buy us CLOTHES!

  9. Glad you finally got to Build a Bear. If I had to hear “Let It Go” even once on the way home, either that bear or I would have gone out the window! Joanie is such a good sport to play dress-up like that. 🙂

  15. How fun getting to do the Build a Bear with The Great One. Your Fill-in for #4 is my wish too, it’s just that I would love to see the Z Cat enjoy the windows here and run and skid around on the tile and give her a huge raspberry on her furry tummy.

    1. Thank you for these great answers. I know what you mean about #4, I wish I had my Phoebe and Lucy and many others. I am sure they are with us in spirit though. I want a Krispy Kreme now, the closest is at the casino in CT about an hour and 45 minutes away. I go there with my mom once a year and that is what I get 🙂 XO

  16. What a fun adventure with the Great one!! Elsa Bear is very pretty and yes to be able to press the paw 87 times in 87 seconds is the best.
    I built one 2 years ago as a shower present for my niece.
    She loved it as did all the ladies at the shower

    2. Yesterday, My boy and I were badly inconvenienced by a whoppingly bad mistake in the hospital’s scheduling for my son. They cancelled his scan by accident and never told us. So we drove all the way there for nothing.
    3. My favorite place to be is with any of my family wherever they are.
    4. I have the same wish as you Ellen; that no animal would ever have to suffer with cruel people and inhumane treatment.

  28. Disney has a knack for creating songs that kids love to sing. Later you will find yourself singing it, too. I remember our oldest daughter playing Little Mermaid over and over. I went to work and could still hear Under the Sea even though there was no music playing in the office.

  42. A day late here, but we are so happy that the little one finally got to build her bear. We bet she is adorable, the little girl and the bear:) Mom says her favorite place to be is at home with us too:)

    I totally agree with your fill-in response to number one. I would’ve chosen faith in God for that one, too. Yesterday, I spent the day looking at washing machines and refrigerators, then going grocery shopping. Yikes, what a way to spend a Sunday afternoon! Generally speaking, my favorite place is home, too. I’ve grown into such homebody that it’s not funny but I do love the mountains, so that’s definitely one of my favorite places to be…with my camera! 🙂 I wish my kids didn’t always see us as the bad guy. You know the old saying, “no good deed goes unpunished.”? Well, that’s the way I feel all too often. No matter what we do, it’s just never enough. 🙁

    Hopefully, I’ll get back into the fill-ins routine next month. There are a lot of things going on with us and I’m fighting to not get overwhelmed and anxious by it all. Have a good week, dearie!
