3. I’d rather _________ than _________.

My answers:
1. I would like tickets to any event that Nicolas Cage is going to attend. I am beginning to give up hope that I will ever get to meet him.
2. Please don’t ask me to talk on the phone, unless you are my mom or my niece ( my 2 exceptions).
3. I’d rather stay home with my kitties than vacation anywhere. Unless, you can guarantee me a Nicolas Cage sighting.
4. By this time next year, I hope to have a second children’s book published  ( first one is coming soon).

    1. Little Binky is such a sweetie, I am praying for her. And for the Meezer’s too. There is always so much sadness in the blogging world. XO

  2. I LOVE Nicholas Cage! He did a couple of movies where we used to live and a friend I worked with got her picture made with him. #SoJealous ☺ I don’t like talking on the phone either. Have a great weekend!

  3. I am so sorry to hear those kitties are sick. I am praying for them.

I hope you’ll get to see Nicholas in person some day, Ellen. I met Tristan Rogers years ago. He played Robert Scorpio on General Hospital. I even spoke to him in front of that crowd of people, which is NOT a Suz thing to do. 🙂

I don’t like to talk on the phone either. It is just too hard to hear on them anymore.

I know you’re going to do great with both of your books. I am so excited for you!

    Have a blessed weekend. 🙂

    1. Thank you for the prayers for the kitties. That is cool you got to meet someone you liked. I hope you have a blessed weekend too. XO

  4. My job with a collection agency used to require that I often carry on two phone conversations at the same time, one in each ear. Now, I would rather not talk on the phone at all. I hate the phone.

Good luck with the book launches. We know you will hit the best seller lists. Have a blessed week.

    1. That must have been an awful job. Thank you for the good luck 🙂 I hope you have a blessed week too.

  5. So excited about the book coming out and MORE TO COME! I wish you could meet Nicolas Cage – you sure have been hoping for that to happen for a long time……”never say never” though and don’t give up! Great filling in today.

    Hugs, Teddy and Pam

  6. So excited about your book, and I am sure your second book will be ready to go! Certainly you will find a way to meet Nicolas Cage!

I would like tickets to a Smokey Robinson concert.
Please don’t ask me to eat creamed herring.
I’d rather eat a cheeseburger than most anything else.
By this time next year I’m going to be as big as a house if I don’t stop eating cheeseburgers and key lime pie!

    1. Thank you for your answers, I enjoyed them. I hope you get to go to see SMokey Robinson, I didn’t realize he still played. Cheeseburger is what I usually order at restaurants. I thought you would have said, Grouper sandwich. Key lime pie- yum! XO

        1. Yes, better to be safe. That is great that you have seen him 4 times. My hubby loves Fogerty so we have seen him 3 times.

  7. Many prayers for good health to be restored to these precious kitties.

Talking on the phone is not one of my favorite things to do, either.

  8. Meowser Ms. Ellen, I don’t meow on phones, either – neither Mom nor Pops do much of that, either, though they will answer the phone if it rings. Well, actually Pops is more likely to than Mom (she looks at the number before deciding to answer or not).
    >^.^<

    1. Thank you, I hope so too. And thank you for wishing me good luck. I hope you have a nice weekend too.

  9. YAY on the book. Maybe Nicholas Cage will want to meet YOU when your book is published!!!

We’re so worried about all three of those kitties. They are all good friends of ours.

    The Florida Furkids

  10. Always pray for kitties in need.

You really have a thing for Nicolas Cage. I remembered that from previous posts. I hope you get to meet him someday.

Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. ♥

  11. Fantastic fill-ins! I am still holding out hope that you will meet Nicolas Cage. It can happen! And our answers to the last three are all very similar. When my phone rings, I cringe. I have no problem at all talking to my parents or my sister on the phone, but they’re pretty much the only ones. I agree 1000% on #3! And I love your answer to #4. I cannot wait to read all of your books. Happy Friday!

  12. Mom is in total agreement with #2 and #3. She hates talking on the phone, and no place is better than home with the kitties. She knew what your answer to #1 would be. Don’t give up hope on that meeting. We are devastated that Little Binky is unwell. We love her so much. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer

  13. guyz….we iz lookin for werd ta book one; pleez ta let uz noe when we getz a copee… N we hope mom DOEZ get ta meet NC….how kewl for her wood THAT bee !! 🙂 ♥♥

  14. Thinking of those who are in need of good luck…thanks for reminding us all. Nicolas Cage is a good choice. I don’t like to took on the phone as well.

  15. Sending purrs to our kitty friends who aren’t feeling well. I love to stay how with the kitties, but I seem to be doing everything BUT that these days! Da Boyz don’t even recognize me anymore…*sob*

  16. Our Female Human told us to tell you that when she lived in LA, she found herself stuck in traffic on her way to work one day. As she sat in her car and looked around she saw Nicholas Cage standing on the sidewalk right near her car! They were filming a movie.

  17. We send our best thoughts to the sick kitties. Great answers to the fill-ins. Hope you get your wish. Have a great week end.

  18. Great answers! Is there maybe a Nic Cage fan FB group that would tell you of his whereabouts?
    1. I would like tickets to SF to visit Spitty.
2 Please don’t ask me to purr.
    3. I’d rather bite than switch.
    4. By this time next year, TW might want to blog again..

    1. Thank you for these great answers. I hope TW decides to blog again before that. Maybe Spitty can come to you 🙂 XO

  19. I’m the same about talking on the phone. It’s funny – back in high school I did a lot of that – but I hardly ever talk on the phone these days. Thank goodness for e-mail and messaging programs that make that possible!

  20. I don’t like talking on the phone either unless it’s with someone that doesn’t live near me and it’s the only way to catch up. I’m praying for Little Binky. I don’t know the other kitties, but I’m sorry they’re also having trouble.

You have a children’s book coming out? That is wonderful! I can’t to learn more about it!

  21. Amen to 2 and 3, and so exciting about 4! As for number 1, I hope it happens for you one day. My dream guy has already passed so it will never happen for me 🙁

  22. I can relate to your fill-ins, and send prayers to those in need. Driving most of today to visit my mother’s grave and return, I could have made a few days’ trip out of visiting family. But we’ve never been close and I preferred to come back to our cats. Be well!

  23. We are purring for those three babies. Our mom doesn’t like the phone either. What makes it worse is our number is one off from a local pool company and we get a lot of messages requesting something poolish or other. How dim.

  24. LOL! You got it bad for Nicolas Cage! I think a lot of people don’t like speaking on the phone or to crowds. I like it, myself.

  25. We are purraying for Binky and Sammy and Miles! And great answers to the fill-ins! I can’t wait for your first book!

  26. It is so hard to ave so many furends feeling ill and having uncertain times in their lives as well. We left our comments…
Phones can be such an interruptive affair sometimes…
I would love tickets to see lots of Tiger Baseball…we may go in September…but it would be fun to be able to go more often. Maybe even to a Wolverine Football game. Have not evfur done that though the unfurbros have.

I am trying to catch up in all the blogs, so not filling in all the blanks this week…sorry…

  27. Good luck with your books. Mommy would rather talk on the phone than send emails. She thinks things get lost in the translation and misunnerstandings happen when you can’t see or hear the other pusson. big hugs

    Luv ya’
