Hi everyone! Today is Chewy Day and we have a tasty food to tell you about.

We love it when a Chewy box arrives.
Check these out- Tiki Cat King Kametameha Luau Variety Pack Canned Cat Food ( Case of 12).
The food is listed as human grade, but I didn’t try it. We had all fish flavors and the main ingredient is the fish like sardines, mackerel and tuna. The cans with mackerel had some larger pieces with skin on it that no one was interested in. Other than that, everyone enjoyed the food. Everyone that had it which is 10 out of 13( KaTwo doesn’t like canned cat food, Joanie can’t hold it down and Sammy is on a special diet).
He really was enjoying it.
Phoebe loved it.
One problem though, it didn’t love them. Everyone ended up with diarrhea ( sorry). I think it is because I never feed them fish, so if you don’t either, then you may want to try another flavor. If your cat loves fish though, they will love this. It is $11.77/ case of 12. The cans are small at 2.8 oz./each. And Chewy always has speedy shipping and it is free with orders over $49.

We don’t eat fish (except for the occasional salmon or sushi-grade tuna treat), so most of the items from Tiki aren’t on our list of human-approved foods. We are allowed the few poultry flavors they have.
I wish we had tried the poultry instead.

I was a fish-lover for most of my 17 years so I probably would have liked this stuff……..at least you gave it a try. The “results” weren’t pleasant (!) but you TRIED!!!!

Ours get a bit of canned food as a treat only. This sounds like a great brand to try, i’m sure they’d adore the fish flavors.

The kitties around here have the exact same problem with anything relating to seafood, so they rarely ever get anything fish flavored. We’re glad you enjoyed it while it lasted, though, kitties! We also hope you’re all back to normal now! Happy Tuesday to all of you!

Wow! Our holistic vet really recommends Tiki Cat, and I was thinking of trying it but not if it’s not pate. I appreciate the review!
It is a good food, but my cats don’t ever get fish. Tiki also has chicken which is probably a good choice.

You are better off without, it can cause blockages in males.
I don’t have any furbabies anymore, but when I guy gifts for others I always chose Chewy. They are awesome.

Yikes I’m sorry to hear about the food not agreeing with the babes.
That is one reason I don’t do the Chewy once a month thing when they send food to try or treats.
I will not change madi’s food under any circumstances. She would probably love eating it though. A couple of years ago I had to change her food. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to do it gradually.

Hmmm…interesting about the end result. I rarely ever give my cats fish. But I don’t recall having that issue when they’ve eaten it.
Mine always have a problem with fish, you are lucky yours don’t.
It is good to know that diarrhea can be a side effect of this food. We did not have that happen, thankfully.

Oh NO dat’s pawful. Da pawdee issue we mean. We don’t eat fish either. Tiki makes a grea chicken and duck food, but they do like da fishies. Guess this was a mixed blessing. Glad everypawdy luvved it tho’. big hugs to all.

We’ve tried Tiki cat food and we like it though we rarely get a lot of fish foods. They do have some chicken only ones and we like them.
I wish we had tried the chicken instead.

Oh, upset tummies! That’s not fun. My two cats do eat fish occasionally but I’m not sure how they’d react if they had more.
They would probably be OK if they usually are when you give them fish.
Yummy, for the kitties who love fish. It doesn’t surprise me that a new food would cause diarrhea, unless you’re just giving them a tablespoon or so after their regular food or as a treat.
I didn’t give them very much, but I never give fish flavors.
We’re picky and will only eat fish but for some reason Mommy didn’t get us these to sample. Maybe she’ll get us some anyway. Thanks for the review! Sorry you all had the runs though.
