Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day

Today is Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day started in 2015 by Deborah Barnes of Zee & Zoey. This is a special day to remember all our furbabies waiting for us at The Rainbow Bridge. They have all left their pawprints on my heart and will never be forgotten.

KaChoo, my first cat ( 1994-2010)

Barney   left us 3/ 2013

  Lucy 9/11/2015

  Stinky 1/2016 Spooky 4/2016 Snowball May 2017

And Phoebe, I miss you most of all. I can’t believe next month will be a year since I got to kiss you and pet your soft fur and listen to your crackle purr.

  1. Purrs to you as you remember today. I remember Stinky, Spooky, Snowball, and of course Phoebe. I was new here when you lost Lucy so I only remember her a little.

  2. So many losses over time……they all leave a hole in our heart that time can help to fill but doesn’t QUITE take away. Love is forever though and we loved them with all our hearts while they were with us, and just as much as they become Angels. Remembering them is an every day thing but it’s nice to have a special day set aside too. Sending you hugs…..of remembrance.

    Love, Pam and Teddy too

  3. Such a wonderful tribute to the fur babies. They are all beautiful. No matter how long they are gone, we always miss them. Sending you healing hugs today xo

  4. A beautiful tribute you have shared. Phoebe was special… ♥ I got to know her here on the blog. All of them are special but Phoebe I got to know, I miss her. You have and have had some wonderful cats that have shared their lives with you. Holding you close to my heart today as you remember on this day. I know though you think of them every day.

  5. Awww…. Barney reminds me of our Luna, who passed 8/5/14. And I hope to see dogs my family and parents had over the years: Tina, Trixie, Eboney, and Rocky. Maybe my pretty corn snake named Jake and pet mouse Marvin, too? Hugs to you, my dear.

  6. We are happy to see all your Angels. We didn’t know you when they were with you. They are all so beautiful and remain forever in your heart.

Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber

    1. After KaChoo passed away I was looking for a mitted tabby and I think she led me to KaTwo in NJ, her name was Little Tiger. XO

  7. Losing these beautiful furbabies is so heartbreaking, but I know you loved them with all your heart and still do. I just try to remind myself for every kitty I have loved and lost I have been able to adopt another one or two who might never have had a loving home. Sending hugs, prayers and love as you remember and honor your kitty loves today, Janet
