Here is our peace globe, if Brody and Phoebe can make it work then anyone can. Wouldn’t the world be a better place if everyone was nice to one another? We may not be able to achieve world peace, but we can at least do our part and treat everyone well. Ellen, Oh yes Christmas shopping is something I need to begin, too. But, I’m trying to figure out what to get people with funds being low this year. Actually, I need to make a list of gift possibilities as things stand and if DH gets a job. I better get on that one right away! Thanks for hosting the fill-ins fun!
I was watching a morning show and they had great suggestions for Christmas cash- selling items you no longer want on craigslist or ebay, checking your rewards on your credit cards- many have points toward gift cards. I forgot the others, but I am planning to do these.

All my Christmas shopping is done. Nobody gets anything. That way no one is disappointed. I never have to worry about the wrong size. No one has to exchange a gift of nothing.
Good idea, plus gifts are not what matters.
Peace, such a lovely word but hard to find in the world. Is something everyone should work on but that won’t ever happen. We can only make the best out of it.
Mom is also waiting for Christmas shopping. She bought some small gifts to send out to friends today so maybe is just getting warmed up.
